What Parents Say
Ready Set Grow receives mostly positive reviews praising caring staff, developmental support, and family-oriented community, though some parents report negative experiences with teacher consistency, behavioral management policies, and communication. The facility is described as well-maintained inside despite an older exterior appearance.
If I could give 100 ⭐️ I would. My children attended Ready Set Grow since they were in the 1-year-old room until August of this year, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support they provided us over the years. The owners are truly wonderful people who not only create a safe and nurturing environment but also genuinely care about each child and their family. One of the things I value most is how proactive they are when it comes to developmental milestones. When assessments showed that my child was struggling with certain areas, including some behavioral challenges, they didn’t just bring it to my attention—they also offered helpful advice and connected me with resources to support my child’s growth. Their guidance made a world of difference for us, and I always felt like we had a team behind us. They provided not only a great foundation for my children’s education and social development, but also a sense of community that makes you feel like family. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a daycare that goes above and beyond, but that does not negate the fact that just as any other center they have a strict policy when behaviors become to extreme or even if behaviors become a safety concern. I say that because my youngest son does exhibit behaviors to the point I’d have to pick him up in the middle of the day, but I understand the reasoning for it and had to take into consideration that my child was a safety concern for the other children and teachers, but they never made me feel like they just didn’t care because they really did. I would not hesitate to recommend or ever use RSG again!!
Unfortunately the majority of teachers we encountered were less than par. What started as the teacher thinking my child was cute when he misbehaved led to my husband and I correcting our child for a year. Then the next teacher giving up on our child two days into the new school year. We were suspended then expelled, via email. We had multiple conferences and did everything the center asked of us, including referring our child for special education services at 3 years old. The director is great at gaslighting and blaming any behavior issues on the parents and their lack of showing up for their “second job”. My child has never been happier and more well behaved since we left. I only wish we had done it sooner or never enrolled.
Wonderful teachers in the 1 year old class. My daughter absolutely loves Ms. Denece and Ms. Gigi! The outside doesn’t look amazing but don’t be deceived, the inside is awesome and they’re working to improve the exterior. Would highly recommend!
My grandson attends and is the 3 year old class. I'm impressed with lead teachers Ms Linita and Ms Kelsey. They are very positive with him and he seems challenged by the activities.
Mrs Jean and Mr Mac are the best.
