Chelsea KinderCare has a very healthy environment, great education program and curriculum, loving atmosphere, dedication from Staff and family centered! I always felt my children were happy, healthy, safe, and LOVED. I cannot say enough good things about this Center and the Team!! They took amazing care of our child, and truly put the health and wellness of the children at the forefront. We moved too far away, but if we ever went back to the area, This would be my first call in coordinating daycare!

We have been a part of the Chelsea Kindercare (previously Rainbow) family since our child was 3 months old. Sending your child to daycare as a new mom can be so frightening. The team at Kindercare was so supportive during our transition. Our child has thrived in their care. We love the app they use and communication throughout the day. I've been very impressed with their response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Temperature screenings, daily health questions, all staff in masks and increased cleaning protocol and hand washing. Throughout all of changes, the staff are always smiling and excited to see the kiddos. We are confident in our choice in day care and are so grateful for these caring teachers.

This place has been a blessing for us. Our son loves it here. He can socialize with the other children in ways that he simply couldn't at home, and my wife and I can both work our usual schedules. When it comes to daycare, my greatest concern has been that children learn that the squeaky wheel gets the grease. That is not the case here at Rainbow. I would recommend it to anybody. Denise is particularly great with the children.

My daughter has attended since she was in T-1. I watched her go from being shy and not wanting to leave my side, to asking if she has school on the weekends! Amazing place! Great education! The staff does so much more than babysit. They are truly great teachers!

We experienced this child care Center while we were on an outting at the Ann Arbor hands on muesum and it's clear one thing they don't teach these kids are manners. While limited staff members were present, the children ran a muck, we're rude to everyone snatching items, not waiting their turn and pushing and jumping on others. When a staff member was informed. Her response was to roll her eyes at us. We had a special needs person with us and these children pushed her several times and we're the cause of not only ourselves leaving requesting a refund but several other patrons. I called corporate and they were very concerned. In response a regional center directer contacted me and had no care. In fact she tried to pin this situation on others stating there are several companies by that name. When I informed her I asked for what center they were and and felt she was failing to accept responsibilty for her staff, she quickly apologized and said she would "speak to" her staff about possibly retraining them. I would not send my children to this center if they paid me. Very irresponsible. One these could have been hurt or seriously injured another.
