Ready Preschool

My child had a wonderful experience in the Ready for almost 2 years. The teachers were caring and supportive, and they helped my child grow in confidence and skills throughout the year. We especially appreciated the structured learning environment, where the children were encouraged to develop independence while also feeling nurtured. The progress in language, social skills, and creativity was very clear, and we are grateful for the dedication of the teachers who made the classroom a warm and engaging place to learn.

We feel very lucky to have chosen Ready as our child’s preschool. She is very happy here. From the Yellow Class to the Red Class, she has loved all of her teachers. Every teacher is very patient, caring, and professional. They not only help children develop good habits, but also teach them a lot of knowledge and skills. During her time at Ready, our child has been very happy and has grown a lot.

My child was in the Red Class for one year. When he first started, he didn’t speak any English, and during this time he learned some basic English, which was very good. The first half of the year went quite well, but in the second half he often cried in the mornings, saying he was scared and didn’t want to go to school. After we shared our concerns with the teachers, things improved a little. However, my child often felt that the homeroom teacher was too strict, and he was very afraid and unhappy there. We have now transferred to a new school, and my child says he really likes it much more.

I would highly recommend Ready preschool. Before our older child graduated from Ready, we already sent our younger one there to have the same experience. We know a few other parents who sent all their kids to Ready too. It's a fun and educational bilingual school where caring teachers, who are native speakers in either English or Mandarin, create a nurturing environment. We loved getting daily photos and videos - it was great to see how our kids were doing there! They offer fun extras too, like free Kung Fu classes. The learning is excellent. They teach simplified Chinese characters and Mandarin, but also focus strongly on English and Math skills. Both our kids truly loved going to school there, learned so much, and had a blast doing it. We were especially impressed when our older child, who only heard English at school, passed the Challenger school entrance interview in English with ease and is now doing great academically at Challenger. It proves that Ready's focus on Mandarin absolutely doesn't hold back their English skills - in fact, it builds a strong foundation for all learning. I think ready is a great school for kids to feel happy, loved, and well-prepared in a bilingual setting.
