My kids were at Bright Horizon for 5 years, and we are very grateful this place. Of all the daycares we have toured this was the best, the cleanest, and with the best food. Bright Horizon really helped in getting my kids to eat good nutritious food. The teachers are all very caring, and love the kids. Yes, it is a bit more expensive than other daycares, but it is well worth it. My kids still ask about their teachers at Bright Horizon.

The educators, chefs, coordinators, and director all deserve A+. We've consistently received excellent quality care and education for our children. IT support for the center is very poor. Despite having both an BH IT team and Cisco IT team responsible for the center, it's apparently impossible to do any IT work without a teacher or coordinator. Apparently you absolutely need elementary school teachers or kindergarten teachers to run IP pings, and traceroutes etc.., without a teacher nothing can be done. Ridiculous. Software support of BH tools is very poor. Despite nearly a year into the Covid pandemic, there is still no functional app to sign children into the center. We do it old school, via pen and paper. MyBrightDay app on Android is non-functional. Also, there is no bulk downloader of pictures and videos posted on MyBrightDay. I had to write a JavaScript to automatically download my childrens photos and videos. When interacting with BH corporation you get a feeling that BH Inc cares more about your money, than about your children. The only people who do excellent work are the people who actually work at the physical center from teachers, to chefs, and including center director.

Good day care place for Cisco employees. The time is flexible. Have video monitoring system for kids safety. But it is pretty costly.
