At age 8 our son was an avid and advanced reader but, with an IEP for occupational therapy, he struggled with writing. He had the language but had great difficulty organizing his thoughts and applying the words clearly, coherently and on point. He enrolled in R4S and, due to the patient, firm tutelage and guidance o the R4S team and his own hard work, he gained solid writing skills. Over time he grew into a competent and confident writer. Now in 8th grade, he’s won admittance to his top high school and he's a talented and enthusiastic writer whose hobbies include writing fiction and sports blogs. He was blessed to be a member of R4S for three years and the dividends will last a lifetime.
