All Children'S Child Care

This is the third time my child got bit and the last time. I asked for incident reports, camera footage, accounts of what happened, and they yelled at me, hung up on me, changed the story many times, lied, BLAMED THE CHILDREN, then said they didn’t know what happened and had nothing to do with it. The first time, no one told me about it. My daughter only told me when I got home. The second time, they said the kid walked up to her and hurt her, after I asked to keep them separated. This last time they’ve changed the story numerous times, and then blamed the children. Don’t take your child here because they change the teachers every two weeks. Teachers have taken my daughter’s comfort toy after complaining about her, while I’ve seen other kids with toys. My biggest concern is their lack of safety and care for the children here and the unprofessionalism. They did not care she got hurt and they told me the way they handle bad behavior is by rewarding good behavior. So there’s essentially nothing to prevent kids from hurting each other. Somehow with each incident, it’s never been recorded, but when you ask they absolutely refuse to give you info because there policy doesn’t allow.

I like this daycare. They are so welcoming and friendly. I got my son there for almost two years and I was impressed with the organization of the classrooms. They have a good teacher _ child ratio. I felt bad I could not bring in my child because I moved to the Bronx. I definitely highly recommend this place to my family and friends, and all the parents who want heir children in good hands.

All Children's Child Care is an amazing environment, to start off any child journey of learning fun and safe care. The staff is full of well rounded individual that is highly skilled in the art of creative learning . I can work with a peace of mind knowing my one year old Son is learning ,excising by play and getting nutritious food. Its heart warming that the staff takes the time to take pictures an email them so that I may see the wonderful moments he has exploring new things and dabbling in Art. His dad and I appreciate all the staff members .

Today I took my son out of pre-k from this school. My son has been going here for 2-3 years and all of sudden my son behavior is out of control and supposedly it’s happening a lot so the director wanted to shorten his days which i feel is unfair due to me not knowing that his behavior is like and if his behavior is like this everyday then why no teachers call or address me about the situation ?she said they aren’t suppose to call u everyday wow … I just feel like the teachers can’t control the kids correctly or keep them productive that they be so quick to drop them or shorten their day ! Management is horrible as well as they don’t teach the kids how to trace or nothing to bring home in pre-k for them to learn! All I get is coloring paperwork’s My son tells me he learned nothing he just basically has a free day everyday , Lack of teachers and and a lot of teachers and assistance always leave I wouldn’t recommend this school for pre-k at all !

I was very disappointing with the fact that daycare center tried running on public school calendars, and this wasn’t a regular school it’s a daycare center. They would be closed weeks at a time, Mind you they were still getting paid. I had an issue getting childcare for my childcare, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Plus one the teachers grabbed my 1year old so hard she could’ve pulled her arm out completely and this is something I witnessed picking up my baby.
