R’ Club Daycare attached to Progressive to make sure someone doesn’t respond with “your kid never went here”. My son went here since a baby. My son was sent home multiple times with poop in his butt even after multiple complaints mostly in the Toddlee B class. Diaper wasn’t changed for more than 6 hours one time and he soaked through his clothes. I know this because they use the Private app and log diaper changes. I complained to upper management to even get the teacher written up since that was my last straw with her. He was sent home with his diaper on backwards. The PM aids were awful. They kept hiring people with a lack of experience. Staff turnover was insane. I can count at least 8 different teachers in toddler B he had. My son was born in Oct, 1 month past the cut off and they kept him in the younger class which was a higher weekly premium. But another girl that was in his class that was past the cut off a couple of weeks, they moved to the older class and charged less. I was told that the they were too busy in toddler B learning that they didn’t have time to potty train plus it wasn’t age appropriate when my son was 2 by management. Then they stopped the one good teacher from teaching stuff saying not age appropriate. The best 2 teachers were planning on quitting when I switched my son due to management issues. They were the best ones he ever had there in Toddler B. Even his teacher that was amazing that had him since he was a baby was starting to look for a different job. Being screamed at, not able to go to the restroom etc wasn’t acceptable to them. First week I switched my son, he was potty trained with no accidents and loving the place. I wish I would have switched him sooner. Due to daycares not having any openings I was stuck since my husband and I work full time. Don’t send your kid here unless you like diaper rash and being lied too. And your son having multiple people to get used too. Yes, I called corporate and have told them all the same stuff but I have before with no change.
