Razzles Kid Academy

Had my daughter attend here for a couple of years. 1. Some kid kept biting my kid and drawing blood and NONE of the workers could tell me who was biting my kid which made me feel like they weren’t putting my daughters safety first and just didn’t care. 2. When my daughter and I were doing potty training at home I informed everyone there that she needed to start potty training with her as well. Well I found out months down the line they were not taking her to the bathroom and acted shocked when I told them I asked them months ago. Needless to say I paid all this money and they are not professional and stay on top of things just neglectful in my opinion. 3. The workers always asked me who my daughter’s dad was which is super uncomfortable and the father of my daughter always picked her up. 4. Young kids work here which is fine but they need to invest in more training. When I found out that they only pay workers $8.50 an hour really makes me uneasy that they will just hire anyone and do not pay their workers anything close to Survive.

My oldest has been going here since pre-k and she is now 9 and still calls it "my razzels". Ms.Soyna and Ms.Crystal in pre-k were amazing with her! Fast forward to today ive had 2 more babies since then and my 2 year old and 8 month old go there and my 2 year old never wants to leave when I pick her up she wants to keep playing and having a good time! Anytime I have questions the teachers always give me answers and doesn't tell me "I dont know ask the front desk" which i love because it let's me know the teachers are watching them and knows what happens in their classrooms! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in need of child care! Management Ms.Raven, Ms.Christy,Ms.Teresa,Mr.Don always always amazing and always makes you feel at home! I love thats its family owned and not corporate because the environment feels so much better! My children love it here! And I know when I go to work their taken care of and in good hands!

We love Razzles! My oldest started going to Razzles 3 years ago when our daycare abruptly closed giving us less than 2 weeks to find a new daycare. I called Razzles in a panic as many other parents did, looking for a spot for my child. They were so kind and compassionate. They opened their doors on a Saturday to let parents tour the facility, meet teachers, and ask questions. We have been there ever since and we absolutely love it and so do both of my kids. Our youngest is now 2 and has been at Razzles since she was 4 months old. She had a medical emergency when at Razzles when she was 11 months old and the staff was AMAZING! They not only handled getting her the care she needed quickly they also were able to help me stay calm as well. My children enjoy going here everyday and I know my babies are loved and well cared for while my husband and I working. Definitely recommend!

Razzles has been such a blessing for our family! We came to razzles when my oldest was 16 months because our previous one in loganville had new owners that gave us very icky vibes. I was so nervous to change childcare, but it was the best decision! The staff is like family and tend to my family’s needs. My daughter has reactive airway disease and Razzles staff goes above and beyond for us when she has flare ups. Both of my girls love it and I know they’re in a safe, friendly, and loving environment.

We absolutely love Razzles!! My little boy loves going to school. We visited Razzles when I was pregnant. The owner, the staff and the infant teacher were amazing. After one visit my husband said this is where our baby is going. We couldn’t be happier. Two years later he eats so many different foods now because of the incredible lunch ladies. He knows his letters, numbers and colors because of his teachers. His teacher keeps us up to date when anything happens- good or bad. We know our baby boy is loved and protected at razzles. We definitely recommend them to everyone.
