As a mom, choosing the right place for my daughters to learn, grow, and be cared for while I work was one of the biggest decisions I’ve had to make. After being here for a while, I can honestly say this place has been nothing short of amazing! From day one, the staff made us feel so welcome and supported. She loves her teachers and the teachers are very supportive and helpful with everything we need for her. The staff actually cares for the kids and what they are doing at the center. I love that they do activities during the day and not just playing all day. They have even had some visitors come and bring animals and stuff to the center for the kids to learn and explore. Bright Minds has truly become like a second home for us. I’m so thankful for the love and care they’ve given my little girl. If you’re looking for a center for your kid or kids I would definitely recommend. We have recently added our second child to this center and are still very happy here.

I’m not one to make reviews ever, but I felt this was more than necessary. My son was enrolled for only three weeks here before I withdrew him. In the three weeks here, we hardly received updates on the app. One of the few times we did get updates, they sent me a photo of my son with someone else’s pacifier in his mouth. Instead of removing it, they sent me a photo? My son came home multiple times with a diaper rash and not cleaned fully. When I addressed these issues, the director made it seem like no big deal. After the second time he came home not cleaned fully, I asked for contact information for the owner. The owner made excuses for the staff and tried to gaslight me into believing the “stains” in his diaper were the cream they were applying. This happened three times in two weeks. They will do anything to avoid confrontation even if that means ignoring concerns of parents that are paying good money to send their babies somewhere that will truly care for them. When I went to the school to gather his belongings, the owner wouldn’t even look me in the eye. She knew her staff NEGLECTED my child and she couldn’t even say sorry to my face. If you are considering sending your babies here, I’d reconsider.

I went in for a tour. Saw the 1 year olds section. The worker was sitting on the ground doing nothing. 3 children were crying. She didnt do anything about it. She just sat there. The head worker that was showing me around had to go pick one of the babies up and take him with her because he was so upset. I get that babies cry. But that baby had been crying since i had walked in scanned their cameras rang the doorbell and waited for someone to show me around and if that worker cant handle it then its probably not the right fit for her. I was told she had been there 2 weeks. Was also told that she had no prior training other than being a stay at home mom. They need more workers, they need better training, and higher standards. That just wasnt cutting it.

I've taken both my kids to this daycare and started taking them in 2023. They have been amazing and I haven't had any major issues. Any concerns I've had have gotten addressed. They are easy to work with and listen. Both my kids love it there and get super excited to see Maria every time. I have never questioned my kids safety here and I have recommended them on several occasions.
