Terrible management/administration. We were a part of Rainbow Kids for 6 years and saw the decline. It started out okay. There are some longstanding great teachers who I could say nothing but positive things about. We stayed because of them. Unfortunately though, the bad now outweighs the good. There have been some borderline abusive staff along the way who are never fired quick enough. One teacher left my kid crying in the bathroom and refused to help him at 4 years old. She told him “no one is going to help you…” Another fed my 13 month old with no teeth raw baby carrots….And the administrative staff has changed hands…there was a great director and after she left, everything went downhill. You will have charges you didn’t approve with no explanation. A new playground was promised after the old one was torn down. Parents were told it would be a few months. It came 3 years later… You will have rudeness and attitude greet you at the door. You could have a fantastic classroom, or you could have a teacher who calls your kid derogatory names and is allowed to stay for far too long. Look up the eec investigations before you make your choice. I held back for years sharing this publicly, but now that my kids are out and the management still gives us trouble and refuses to provide dad with a tax statement/receipt of payment, I can’t anymore. If you do manage to get the owners contact info, he will unlikely call you back if it’s not something he wants to deal with. And don’t expect to ever meet the actual owner. Save yourself. Go elsewhere. Most of the good reviews you see will be from before there was a change in management. There are openings now because so many people have left. The only regret I have taking my kid out is not doing it sooner for my older one.

Rainbow Kids Learning was disappointing overall. The teachers and curriculum were great—my son really enjoyed his classes and had his favorite teachers in every room. However, the main office administration, especially Jennifer, was awful to deal with. She would “lose” checks and claim we never paid, take out extra money after payments were already made, and sometimes not process payments for weeks—only to suddenly pull a large lump sum without any warning. Even after admitting mistakes, she offered no resolution. Communication from the office was consistently terrible. While the teachers were wonderful, the front office made the experience extremely stressful. And now, with the price increases ($300 for just 2 days!), it feels completely unreasonable. Sadly, I cannot recommend Rainbow Kids Learning because of the administration issues.

My baby went here for over a year. She would get sent out with no socks on with cold feet. Boogies stuck all over her face. So many problems. She goes to a better daycare now. And something that erked me a bit is that they don't do anything for fathers day. She did her little mothers day activity but no fathers day. Well they do at her current daycare so, it shows who's better.

I can't say enough good things about Rainbow Kids! My son has been there since he was 3 months old. Ever since day 1, he's received such love and affection and loves going to school every day. His teachers have created a loving environment for the children with a great structure and routine, with lots of learning through play. It's such a pleasure to see how my son has grown over his time at Rainbow Kids and the friendships he's made. It's a wonderful feeling to drop him off every day knowing he's in wonderful hands and a supportive environment for the kids!

Both of our little ones have attended Rainbow Kids. As full-time working parents, it has been such a relief knowing our children are in an environment that fosters a safe, happy and fun learning environment. All of the teachers and the directors are invested in the development, well-being and care of our children. The teachers are SO creative and are always coming up with new ways of teaching their curriculum. We would highly recommend Rainbow Kids!
