Expanding Horizons Children'S Center, Ltd.

I can't say anything but fantastic! I know few people who are so passionate about their work. We're from the Netherlands, and the teachers even used Dutch words so that they could communicate with him. Updates are provided daily, with photos and videos uploaded. When we pick up our son, there's always a personalized summary of the day. The management is very accessible, and all the other teachers know our son. They play outside a lot, even in the winter. The outdoor area is very large and spacious, consisting of several enclosed areas. Outdoor play involves several classes and teachers, which is very fun and educational for the children. The children learn a great deal, from putting on coats and shoes to learning colors and the days of the week. Being independent is encouraged. There's lots of singing, dancing, and crafting. Each month, they work on themes that are divided into weeks. For example, darkness, colors, fire, body care, cooking, etc. Communicating with parents about the themes is also very helpful, and they seek cooperation from parents. For us as parents, it helps enormously when teachers also suggest certain topics. Fun activities are regularly organized that focus on nature and charities. Because we are moving back to the Netherlands, we unfortunately have to say goodbye to this fantastic daycare center. We will miss this daycare very much! 🙏🏽

The staff at this daycare consistently demonstrate exceptional professionalism and create a welcoming environment. The management team's performance is also commendable. I am grateful for their dedication.

Unlike Jenna Young and Sarah Martin (done in an entitled voice) I do bring my children there and the place is excellent. They are kind and both my children love it. For the drink comment that people keep mentioning. If you are parent who sends un healthy drinks with your child, YES they will not give it to them. They assume that you know what health food is and know that your child needs that instead of junk. SARAH!!

Expanding Horizons has been an amazing experience for our family. Both of my boys loved their time here, especially on the expansive outside play space. It is pretty amazing that the school makes a point to take the kids outside multiple times a day, whether it be in the wading pool and sprinkler for water play, or even in the snow. Both of my children improved in their reading and writing skills, and participated in creative projects and science lessons during their days. My older son loved the "big kids" area as well. This daycare far exceeded our expectations, from the level of attentiveness, to the communication from staff, and the obvious passion and excitement they have for their jobs. Expanding Horizons was definitely the best choice we ever made for our children!

You’re crazy if you didn’t like expanding horizons childcare center. I went there as a little girl, I had nothing but amazing experiences and I did stuff that I would have never done if I wasn’t there. We went on field trips, they have a HUGE outside play area that I spent most of my time. I have nothing but great memories there. And now, my 2 sons attend daycare there. The way they love my boys and treat my boys is seriously unmatched. I wouldn’t be able to be a productive human being if it wasn’t for expanding horizons. I seriously love them all so much. Those other reviews are crazy lol do yourself and your child a favor and take them to expanding horizons. The skills they learn, and manners and ability to share are unmatched. My kids don’t even want to leave when I’m there to pick them up and they love going to school every morning so that alone speaks volumes on how good they treat my babies. I love expanding horizons and I promise If you bring your child(s) there you will not regret it!!!!!!
