My grandson has been at this KinderCare for under a year. Recently, he was moved to the two-year-old room. The other day he was bitten several times and there was not a report made on this!!! The level of care at Kindercare on Fortress Blvd has gone downhill. The parents had to find out when they took him home. What?!? They are also not doing regular diaper changes and the parents have to provide the diapers now. Apparently the director at this center is NOT doing any training or education for the employees. It seems that there are no consequences to bad behavior. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Concerned grandparent
I have a three year old currently enrolled at this center.... very clean... wonderful teachers. We Love it.❤️ So thankful I decided to visit for myself. The unjust reviews does not give it justice. The center is under new direction but with the same vision. Mrs. Kanosha and her staff are awesome.
Such a great school. Their curriculum is fantastic for all age groups. Clean school, great teachers who really care, just overall positive experience at Fortress KinderCare!
Ever since the new director took over the quality of care has gone down dramatically. They do not upload in the app as much. All the best teachers are no longer there. They are $100 a week more than other daycares in town. We found a new daycare and when we told them our child’s last day was next week they tried to strong arm us into paying an additional week saying we HAVE to give a 2 week notice. It feels like all the family’s who don’t get help are leaving.
