Rainbow Child Care Center - Leesville

My child has been here for 3 years. She has now started kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year. The teachers and overall team is great! The amount of love they have for each child is unmatchable. The time taken up with each child is special as well as the personal hands on teaching my child received. My child loved it here and so did I. This is your place!

I am totally in love with the learning rainbow!! I would put 10 stars if I could. This is the first daycare that I have ever put my children into (they are 3 and 1) and as a new young parent, you know how hard it is to be able to trust someone to take your children for 8 hours a day. But that is no feat for Towanna- as she runs this place! COVID protocols prevent us parents from going inside but she meets and greets us at the door, and every day asks "did they have a good night and a good morning?" I love that my children go to a place that the staff and the owner care as much for the children as their own. Some daycares are only in it for the money, but you can genuinely see that Towanna cares. communication is never an issue, and both kids are sent home with daily reports. My kids will be going here until they can't!

This is the WORSE daycare ever! This was the worse experience I ever had! I had my two kids going there and they were so terrified and frightened. I never in my life seen my kids cry and beg for me not to leave them, when I hover over them and move around them with towanna and her co workers present they tremble and cry really bad. The daycare is really dirty, smells bad and they do not feed your children. They mistreat your kids and have them outside for hours of the day. My child told me he was hit and they kicked my baby out and moved on to having her daughter trying to attack me on social media and fight me! I would not recommend this daycare for any child! They are so rude and they abuse the kids they have snakes, poison ivy and they have the kids outside with no toys. They mistreat the hell out of those kids. The saddest part is, I trust my child would not lie about being hit by an adult and 24 hours to 48 hours after he’s still saying he was hit. He also was so petrified he screamed and begged me no, please don’t leave him. If there is any kids going to this daycare at this point, PLEASE REMOVE THEM! It’s not safe, they will feed your kids things they are allergic to and they will also lie to you about when they use the bathroom and when they nap. It’s so sad and heart breaking you can hear your kids yelling stop, help me! This is so sad and heart breaking! I have videos of my son begging me not to leave him. As a parent to another parent believe everything your child tells you!

My kids have attended TLR for 3 years and love it. The teachers are attentive and caring, and my son loves to show us what he's learned when he comes home. Also, they accept cloth diapers, which is a huge plus!

This childcare center is exceptional. It has been plagued by bad reviews stemming from a fired disgruntled employee who was taken to court for slander. However in my own research and inquiry, it was documented all claims were unsubstantiated by visits from the state. The daycare is also under video surveillance to give all parents peace of mind. When it comes to your kids you can never be too careful, so do your own research. You will find the owner, caring, open and honest and that's what drew me to this center. Along with the fact that with all the negative attention even though false, the daycare would be dotting all the i's, because the state takes such claims seriously. I couldn't be happier with the daycare.
