I feel incredibly fortunate to have found kindercare for my children malani and brooklyn ( who started attending at the age of six weeks and 10 months old) from the moment I first toured the facility , I knew this was the right place. They are truly an extension of our family , providing a safe , nurturing and genuinely enriching environment. The staff is the heart of kindercare. The directors Asia and Kelly are exceptional. They are patient, communicative and truly invest in the well-being of every child. I especially appreciate their efforts in helping with all my children's milestones. Like potty training and getting taken off the passy. Knowing my child is cared for by such dedicated professionals gives me an incredible peace of mind. The facility is always spotless, clean and well organized in their commitment to safety. I love the daily updates and photos I receive through the app. If you are looking for a daycare that combines structured learning with a genuine warmth and care look no further than kindercare , they have exceeded all my expectations , and I highly recommend them!

I’ve been bringing my child here since September 2025, and our experience has been excellent. While a few of our favorite teachers have moved on, the environment remains welcoming and enjoyable for my child. It’s clear that the directors put in a lot of effort to maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere throughout the facility. I would recommend this KinderCare. <3

This center is under new administration! I was able to meet the new Center Director, Ms. Asia, and what a sweet and genuine lady she is! She took the time to speak with me, answer all of my questions, and made me feel truly welcome. Like many parents, I came across the old reviews and had some hesitation. But after visiting the center in person and meeting Ms. Asia, my heart and mind completely changed. Please do a tour before assuming what this center is like based on outdated reviews, you’ll see the difference immediately. I can already tell this center is on the path to thriving, and I feel confident in enrolling my child here as soon as I return from maternity leave. I’m really looking forward to the positive changes ahead and being part of this new, exciting chapter!

This facility should be shut down immediately. On July 30th, 2025, my 4-year-old son—who has a medically documented allergy to peas—was served peas during lunch. When he told the teacher about his allergy, she dismissed his concern and told him to "pick them out", completely ignoring the severity of his condition. This reckless behavior led to a severe allergic reaction that could have been life-threatening. As if that weren't enough, 2 days later my son was able to leave the building entirely and get off premises, making it all the way to Statesville Road, a major, extremely dangerous area for any child, especially a 4-year-old. This is an appalling and unacceptable failure in basic supervision and safety protocols. Due to the facility’s gross negligence, I am now forced to withdraw my son from KinderCare and urgently seek a secure safe, alternative childcare. I have sent emails requesting documentation regarding details about the incident that took place as well as requesting a refund for tuition and registration fees and I've gotten NO RESPONSE from them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you care about your child’s safety and well-being, I urge you to think twice before trusting this facility. I sincerely hope no other family has to go through this kind of negligence.

Such a great daycare. Love the teachers and staff. My toddler enjoys coming each day and has learned so much since he started here.
