***READ*** My son was in the 18mo room and the morning teacher puts titles on the kids such as "meanest kid in the class." There also is gossip passed from teacher to teacher about the children in the class. My son was also bit 3 times in less than a week. 2 times in one day by the same kid. I offered a simple solution to keep the kids apart but the teacher said she cannot separate the children. She then put a title on my 18mo that cant defend himself. I voiced my concerns to the assistant director and she tried to assure me that things will change. Nothing changed, I even had a bad taste in my mouth after talking to her. Everyday for the rest of that week (3days in a row) I got accident reports for my son. When I went to pick up my sons nap mat so I can take him to a new center it was covered in urine. They don't even change diapers at appropriate timing and do not clean the kids mats. Would not recommend this center to anybody. They are very unprofessional and just rude. I suggest they find a new teacher for the 18mo room. They really need it.

**PLEASE PARENTS, ASK YOUR KIDS ABOUT THEIR DAY!!** It amazes me that I relate to all of the previous reviews. Things started off good, but turned into teachers displaying rude/unprofessional behavior to my children/myself. Unexplained bumps/bruises, soaked diapers, no effort to continue potty training. Accusations made against my child by a teacher who only wants to put blame on a child, instead of being accountable for her actions as an adult/caregiver. Talks with Asst. Director/Director that end with my kids being abruptly denied care & basically kicked out, because the Director said I have "too many concerns/complaints about the care they are given" & "not satisfied with the staff". There are some good teachers at Raguet (Kaylor,Courtney,Heather,Jordan,Audrey, Ms Cynthia & Ms. Maria are awesome), but those that aren't good & probably shouldn't be working with kids need to be addressed. Why should a concerned parent & innocent children be denied care when you should be reprimanding your staff if they can't do their job. The sign outside the door does say CHILD CARE, so EVERY employee needs to give the best care possible to these kids. That should mean that everyone should be treated fairly, one rule should apply to all, NO favoritism, NO up in a child's face finger-pointing, neck rolling & loud talking & using vulgar language, NO being loud, rude & unprofessional with a parents in the middle of the hallway. The AD told me that a teacher "had issues" & my response was "why is she allowed to bring those issues to work". Now maybe it's my fault that I didn't just withdraw my kids sooner, but it always seemed that after I reported things, they would put on act to do better for a day or two & then back to reality. So again parents I beg you to ASK QUESTIONS! I hope that the state gets involved & I hope that this facility hires people that are capable of working with kids because we can look at the news & see online that this type job is not for everyone. People are abusing kids everyday, all over the world. NO ONE is going to take care of your kids like you do, but at least you should be able to have confidence in a facility/teacher that when you drop them off, they are not being mistreated. So if you think something is wrong, don't hesitate to REPORT IT & make arrangements to move them!!

It is not professional to close down your business without giving a parent or parents notice that your doing so, not a phone call to my personal or work phone, no email, no post on Facebook page, not even answering message was left when called several times. A better business that actually cared for the children and families involved would have offered to see what facilities would have worked with you to help cover the care until reopening. I understand Covid should be taken seriously and certain guidelines have to be followed but better organization and care should have been put forth in an effort to maintain your professionalism, not to mention parents should have been given the information on what Teacher or Teachers had tested positive in order to maintain the health of their family and others around them. A letter that was posted to the door is completely false, the teachers with positive results had extreme close contact with students and were not required to wear masks in the rooms with the children. It is by your own hands your business has failed the way it has, no excuses, it extremely disappointing, frustrating and irresponsible for someone to let their business operate this way. Not only did you put other children and their families at risk you had no concern for your employees health and regard on how they would be able to provide for their families as well, during these times. This business has changed drastically since my first child attendance here which was about 13 years ago she was potty trained and part of the pre-k program with Mrs. SYLVIA who was an amazing women and excellent with the children. I truly believe God has a ways of opening eyes to see what it is good and what is not and this is one eye opening experience that could have been prevented by the owners hands and fell short form that responsibility. I pray that no other families will have to experience the stress and worry we had to face with this business. My child has been placed in another daycare facility and I pray or baby is in better care.

My son had a wonderful experience in their pre k program. My son was very shy and quiet at the beginning but blossomed in Mrs. Taylor's class. It really has prepared him for kindergarten.
