This daycare is so unprofessional they lied & told me the cameras was working that I paid $25 to access & they took my money knowing the cameras never worked , my son came home with scratches so many times & they could never tell me what happened! They are rude sit around & discuss other people personal business instead of tending to the kids! I paid $100 weekly so my son can get the best care & that daycare was the worst mistake ever! I pray whoever lets their child go there y'all pay close attention to y'all child body & the teachers as well. The director Jasmine Edwards has her son going there as well & he gets to do whatever he wants instead of following the rules like the rest of the kids! It's ridiculous.
DO NOT TRUST THIS INSTITUTION WITH YOUR CHILDREN. If a negative rating was possible this place deserves it. Daily we would pick up our children face full of snot, clothing drenched in sweat and dirt. The staff are incredibly unprofessional. They discuss the financials of each childs account with all the other staff on site. This is personal information and shouldn't be shared past the director and the parent. Staff is constantly changing. We cannot keep up with who our childs teacher would be each week. The doors should remain locked. What is to stop a stranger from walking in and taking a child. The staff would never know. Their lack of professionalism and lack of focus on the IMPORTANT THINGS LIKE OUR CHILDREN is astonishing. The staffs children are also enrolled. They are able to run freely and do not have to abide by the same rules and regulations as the other children enrolled. The food... Jesus, mice eat better. Opening a can of chili and feeding children chili with crackers is unacceptable. If you disagree with the staff they will tell you to just take your child elsewhere. We pay for you to watch our children, to protect our children & to nurture our children in our absence. At this daycare you will not receive any of the things they promise you. I would HIGHLY ADVISE you taking your children elsewhere.
We live behind this facility and the staff here are constantly yelling and being very mean to these children on the playground.
