We have been with Radiance for the last 6 months in the toddler room and I can’t say enough great things. For starters, the director Ms. Chani is incredibly experienced, organized, great at communication, and the kids know her and love her. And she lights up stepping into all of the classrooms and singing songs and reading books with the kids. They are purposeful about pairing younger less experienced teachers with more experienced ones. And many of the teachers obviously had been teaching for years (and several just retired...tear). I have always been impressed by how polite and thoughtful the new faces have been. My son always talks about his teachers and friends. He is always sunscreened, snacked, changed, nurtured and I have never once worried about his safety. As a mom and pediatrician I am picky about daycare centers and have experienced many, but Radiance is a hidden gem and so glad we stumbled upon it.

This school is being run by wonderful people and I believe my child is in a safe and caring environment. My 2 year old has only been attending for a short time and I have already seen a huge difference in her. She is excited to come to school, she is happier, and more cooperative around the house. I do not think that the negative review that was left is accurate. It is not consistent with what I know of the caregivers at this school.

I start my review by saying that there were teachers at this school that were amazing. With that said, Chandi who is the owner made choices that made us so uncomfortable bringing our daughter anymore that we removed her as soon as we could. There was an incident where my daughter choked on food at 9am , to the point of needing a Heimlich maneuver and turning blue (we're reasonable parents and know that is outside of their control and thankful that SOMEONE was able to take care of her) but no one called or even let us know how severe the situation was until a teacher involved went out of her way to contact us directly because she knew that her owner/director wasn't giving us the full story. Chandi then had the audacity to terminate the teacher immediately afterwards in retaliation for contacting us to inform us of the whole story. Ethically there were so many red flags that we were only there 60 days before we placed her in another place locally that takes fantastic care of our daughter who comes home happy and having learned new things everyday. They also update their app daily which radiance did for the first week and then it was extremely rare that we got updates which we loved. Don't let the Montessori in the name fool you, look somewhere else to take your kids . The price was enticing but at the end of the day not worth worrying about who your kids are spending each and every day with.

The owner offered a job to my daughter to start on Monday June 4th. On Saturday, June 2nd at 6:30am the owner emailed my daughter saying she decided to wait after summer and if she's available in 2 months, call her. Now my daughter was on maternity leave, quit her existing job too accept this one. Now thanks to this inconsiderate, unprofessional, this new mother has no job and her newborn has no where for childcare. Hope you get yours real soon, WHO DOES THAT??? Its my understanding there are many infractions in your center, hope they shut you down and you're left with nothing. ZERO STARS (system wouldn't accept 0 stars)

Our 3 year old loves it here. We have been attending for over a month and everyday she comes home happier and so excited about her day. She has learned so much, it is truly amazing to see. We love the respect and care she receives at Radiance. It is wonderful to find this school for our child, we truly trust them and that is a big step for us. We couldn't be happier.
