I absolutely love Ivywood Academy Stockbridge and the Pre-K program my daughter attends. Mrs. King is an amazing director who keeps parents well informed, and the front office and staff are always friendly and welcoming. My daughter is in Mrs. King and Ms. Sandra’s class, and she has grown and learned so much under their leadership. I love seeing the daily activities and progress updates, and I truly appreciate how well they communicate about what’s happening in the classroom. The drop-off and pick-up routine is also great and helps prepare the children for elementary school. I highly recommend this school!

My youngest son has attended Ivywood Academy of Stockbridge since he was about a year old and is now 3 1/2. We have had an excellent experience as the teachers and staff are both nurturing and professional. Ms. Melanie is usually the first person you see as you walk through the doors. She always greets me and my family with a smile and is able to quickly answer any questions I may have. She is the first person I met when we were looking for a daycare and she really set the tone for the welcoming and caring place that is Ivywood Academy. I would especially like to thank Miss Townsend, Miss Heather, Miss Tay, Miss Maisha, and Ms. Sharon as well as the other teachers who have loved and cared for my son as their own. (I apologize for not being able to call everyone by name). The school is always clean and organized, and the classrooms are decorated so beautifully. You can tell that the teachers really care about teaching our kids and keeping them engaged. Special shout out to Miss King, the Director. She has really come up with some exciting and new ways to get families involved. Between the theme days, the parent recognition efforts, fundraisers, and many other activities, I am really pleased with the direction that she is taking the school in. Thank you Ivywood family for all that you do!

Choosing Ivy wood Academy has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family. From day one, the staff has gone above and beyond to make our child feel loved and comfortable. You can tell they truly enjoy what they do, it shows in the way they interact with the kids every single day. The center is always clean, organized, and full of energy. Our little one comes home talking about new songs, crafts, and friends, which makes us so happy to see. We also love how they keep us in the loop with daily photos and notes it really helps us feel connected while we’re at work. It’s such a relief knowing our child is in an environment where they’re learning, laughing, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend Them! to any parent looking for more than just childcare it truly feels like an extended family!

I’ve had the best experience by far at this school versus other childcare facilities in the Stockbridge area. The staff is very patient and understanding. The director, Mrs. king, strives to work with you to make sure you are comfortable leaving your child with them. They are very professional and strictly adhere to any court orders or guidances given by the parent which is a breath of fresh air! Their main focus is making sure that they provide a safe, learning environment for the children while giving you the security to go to work knowing your children are in safe hands.
