Pure at heart child care is a great daycare, they are organized and they treat all the children as family. Ms. B is super sweet and the staff make sure all the kids are in tiktoc shape when picking them up! I highly recommend
I absolutely LOVE this daycare . The staff is full of wonderful people with wonderful attitudes. They work so well with my child he loves going himself !! Highly recommend this child care center to all moms and dads !!
My children have been going here since my son was 2 he is now 5 and in public school now I have 2 other children that attend this daycare and my youngest daughter been there since she was 8 months she’s 2 now this daycare is the best and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare.Staff is friendly greets me every day when I walk in the door it’s clean organized and my kids come home everyday telling me about an amazing day they had they be singing learning songs, counting large numbers just everything. My children never came home with a scratch nothing just phenomenal.I’ve never had an issue with this daycare if I could give this daycare 100 stars I would Thank you pure of heart for keeping my children safe and teaching them 🫶🏾.I am very grateful.
Pure at heart is a good daycare, my grandson has learned a lot while he has been there. The staff is very friendly and works with me with potty training. They are also convenient for my work schedule
very very unprofessional, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!! owner unprofessional, as well as her assistant. They are aware of children getting sick with things like hands foot mouth, or ringworms, things that parents should know about, but they don’t tell parents. the children to teacher ratio is TERRIBLE!! They just want money!! And if you look up their record, they don’t pass inspection either. They have workers there with children without have a background check. they have workers coming in with things like the flu etc, around the children because they don’t want to turn down a parent and miss the money. One teacher, while I was standing in the lobby, was yelling at the children in the next room, and stated that if she has to tell them to do something again, it’s gonna be a problem, saying that she’s been in daycare for 30 years and no children will disrespect her…. Like this is who they have watching and taking care of our children. Also I was dropping my son off one day and a child was unattended in the lobby , after I dropped my child off to his teacher and they went back, the child then ran out the door with me as I was going out, I tried to call this child back because I didn’t want to close the door because it would have locked, and NO ONE WAS AROUND TO ASSIST OR MAKE SURE THIS CHILD WAS SAFE, I HAD TO RUN BACK IN QUICKLY TO ALERT SOMEONE THAT THIS LITTLE BOY WAS ON THE OUTSIDE, THEY KNEW NOTHING. THE CHILD WAS UNATTENDED IN THE LOBBY. NO ONE WOULD HAVE KNOWN WERE HE WAS OR WOULD HAVE WENT OFF TO. They have ROACHES, they are not clean (failed inspection because of that as well) This is all public record btw, just look it up and you’ll see THE LIST OF COMPLAINTS AND Violations.
