Everybody complains about the parking... some families dominate parking spots here and only switch their own cars around, in a VISITOR parking spot. There are also multiple families with more cars than drivers. So what I mean by that is there are only 2 people that can actually drive in the household, yet they have literally 4 cars. There's even a guy here who lives alone and has THREE cars. 2 of which don't run at all. A 2003ish jeep Liberty and a 1999 ford Taurus dark green. The family in unit twelve twelve has 4 cars, and only 2 drivers. They have been hogging/ dominating a parking spot that's not even theirs for well over a decade here. They just switch their own cars around quickly so no one else takes that spot. Some people like to park in the street (instead of finding a parking spot) and it makes it impossible to back up out of a parking spot. I've been blocked in a few times, and the manager is of no help when you complain to her. A lot of families abuse handicap permits here too. Some don't even have a handicap permit and they park in handicap. Noise wise... the walls are connected. You can hear basically anything your neighbors do. What bothers also is you can often hear gunshots here, sometimes during the day but most often at night. Golden Sands trailer Park and also Santiago Sunrise Village trailer park are super close to this place and they tend to duke it out with rival gangs. Sometimes the gunshots go months without hearing them and other times you can hear them for several nights in a row. About a year ago people were shooing at night and a bul bounced right next to our doorstep. You get what you pay for living here. The apartments are not super old so aesthetically they look OK but you really don't get much else here.
