This is the most horrible School in Montgomery, and Ms. Labarre was a horrible Teacher that don’t care about the children at all, especially special needs children! The Director doesn’t care about children at all either, especially special needs children!!! It was so much that went wrong at this School that I could’ve reported them about, but I chose not to do it, cause I spared them. I’m giving them a 1/5 review.
Let’s discuss my rating. My infant attended this center in January-February 2025. On February 20th, there was an unknown male in the room at pickup who was not a parent or staff member. He was just hanging out with the afternoon teacher. This made me uncomfortable, this person didn’t have a background check etc done, he could be a danger to the kids. The same day, the morning teacher had to attend a Dr appointment. She gave my baby a bottle at 8am. When I picked up, I noticed my child still had TWO FULL BOTTLES (at 5pm). That means for EIGHT HOURS my child didn’t eat ANYTHING. He was visibly upset at pick up, cause he was starving. Then the teacher went to change his diaper said he was being too difficult (cranky from being hungry which I didn’t realize until arriving home), she left my child on the changing table and said you can do this yourself. I had high hopes for this being my son’s first daycare. I trusted them. Instead I spent hours crying knowing my baby sat there all day hungry. Don’t do it. I never brought him back.
We absolutely LOVE Providence East! My daughter has attended this establishment since she was 6months old. She is now 3 1/2. We have adored each of her teachers. They love her and care for her as if she was their own. Mrs. Cathy is wonderful and will always go above and beyond to ensure my concerns or needs are met. My daughter loves all of her teachers she has had through the years. I recommend Providence to all of my friends and anyone who is searching for a safe and reliable daycare. Thank you so much to the whole staff for loving my little girl. WE LOVE PROVIDENCE EAST!
I had a really bad experience with this daycare, I’ve left a review on their Facebook page. I do not recommend this establishment. I personally would look for an establishment that is unbiased and treat both parents with respect and doesn’t attempt racially or culturally profiled minorities. Especially when the daycare director falsely accuses an African American male of using drugs simply because you haven’t taken the time to meet him and further stereotype him because he is a divorce parent of a child. In this day of age, this attitude is not welcomed!
Unprofessional, Careless , No responsible. Not safe for the kids.
