Excellent service! They are prompt, courteous, kind, friendly, and caring. Having to endure an MRI, even an open one, brings anxiety and discomfort, however, they checked on me through the process and went above and beyond. Thank you Peyton and Angela for getting me through it, and keeping me calm and comfortable. Thank you Gabby and the ladies at the front desk for checking me in, and confirming my appointments. Online pre-check saved some time, and I recommend it!
Came in today for appt. Arrived at 0950. From Millbrook. Waited 40 mins. At 1030 the reception told me the machine was down. When I asked why it took so long to tell me, she said she had other people to schedule. She could have told me when I checked in, but she didn’t. I didn’t get a phone call or anything. . Very unprofessional.
I had a great experience at this MRI center. The staff was professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The process was quick, organized, and they explained everything clearly before starting. The facility was clean, the equipment looked modern, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing imaging done—top-notch service.
Had to have a mri today of my brain and have been anxious and nervous as I get clastphoboc when anything near my face So I went in this morning and they just made me feel better I have had numerous mri that I had panic attacks and felt horrible and anxious so Peyton comes and gets me she has the best calming personality I calmed down immediately then Steven came to get me and explained what was going to happen had me lay down he asked what music I wanted requested Kenny g to really relax gave me blanket and a towel to cover my face so couldn't see the machine Worked out i had no anxiety and I have to say this was my best mri experience ever Stephen Peyton you are awesome thank you for helping me and making my experience a pleasant one. This place and it's staff are great!
I have used IMI for quite a few years, The older i get the more I it seems i need IMI Services more and more and it’s so nice to know that I have a wonderful team to take care of me. . I have never had to wait along amount of time . The office is always clean and well kept. I recommend IMI to anyone who needs Imagines taken .
