What a wonderful preschool! I wish I could rate it higher! My son started in the one-year-old classroom and is now in the preschool class and every interaction with each teacher has been such a pleasant one. One of the main things I would like to touch base on is after reading reviews about issues with diversity, I was a bit hesitant to enroll my child, but overtime I realized the school embraces different cultures and backgrounds. My son has been able to build friendships with children of all walks of life. The teachers incorporate inclusive activities, ensuring every child feels valued and supported such as multicultural luncheons and celebrating holidays such as Juneteenth. He has shown great strides with his communication skills, confidence, and is always eager to get to school to play with his friends and learn! The administration is always communicative, and you can see that every staff member loves what they do. I have sat in during circle time with his teachers when I am able to and have always felt accepted with our family dynamic (I am a single mom). I cannot thank his teachers enough. If you still have any doubts after this review? I implore you to call or ask around the community as I feel so blessed to have found this preschool from a referral of a family who attends.
We love our preschool! We are so thankful to have found this gem of a school for our family. When looking for a school, I look for safety and caring staff to love on my children when I’m at work, and we get so much more than that at Promiseland. The teachers that we have my kids have loved (and so have I!). Communication is very simple and quick with any concern or with something I need to tell either administration or their teachers about and I get picture updates to see what my kiddo has been up to everyday. We drive 20-25 minutes to come to this preschool and even though there are others closer, it’s worth it to have peace of mind that your child is being taken care of. They do so many fun activities, art and special learning units, it’s always so great to see them learn in a fun way. I have gotten to know almost all the staff and they know my kids even if they aren’t their personal teachers, we love the community feel here.
We sent our kids through this amazing preschool for several years and I cannot say enough good things about it. The year round schedule made everything so much easier on our schedules. Every teacher there is truly amazing and worked hard to make each week special and exciting for the kids. They learned so much and had teachers who were loving and accepting of their individuals personalities, yet helped them grow. We never had any unprofessional or discourteous exchanges with any teacher or staff, and I never had a reason to question or doubt the care my children received. The entire staff, (including directors and assistant director over the years) were amazing. They all truly loved each child and treated them equally and fairly. We left this year because our youngest started elementary school and we miss all of them terribly!
Our son has attended Promiseland for the last 2 years and we couldn’t love it more. The entire staff is friendly and we are welcomed every morning with big smiles and good morning high fives or hugs to our boy from the entire staff. I truly feel like they treat the kids like their own. The parents are all great, the kids are sweet and loving and our anlmkst 3 year old has learned sooo much- including how to count to 10 in Spanish most recently! The art projects are adorable, the classrooms are clean, if your child is going through a bad phase, they communicate and try to help with tips and support. Finding good childcare is hard these days and we feel very blessed to be part of Promiseland’s community.
Phenomenal experience bringing my tiny human here in the toddler room. All of the staff are friendly and are always helpful in my time of need. Communication is great through the app that they use, and I am so grateful that Promiseland is a steppingstone towards my child's educational journey. You all are awesome!
