The YMCA in Buckhead is truly a special place that prioritizes both our physical and mental well-being while creating a warm, inclusive environment for everyone. It goes beyond fitness by uniting families and uplifting those of us who are underprivileged, including thoughtfully connecting families to sponsors during Christmas, which means more than words can express. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a big family—welcoming, supportive, and genuine. The programs are diverse and thoughtfully designed to reflect a wide range of cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, and personalities, bringing the community together in meaningful ways. It is, without a doubt, a true family YMCA.

This YMCA facility is one of the best, if not the best, I’ve ever been to. The classes they offer are exceptional and all the staff are super amazing and dedicated. I am so glad I got a membership here.

This location Is incredibly clean, well staffed, welcoming, friendly, and generally a pleasure to visit every single time (even when I personally don’t feel like working out - ha). I very much like the layout of the facility and the placement of the machines, locker rooms and bathrooms, and the pool/sauna/steam room area. Even the water fountains are placed in such a way that each time I need a refill or just a quick sip, there is one just steps away. Again, the staff is always upbeat and helpful. I have also only experienced very kind and friendly fellow members. Highly recommend!

They went up on our fees several times without notice and changed the due date without consent I’ll actually be looking into if this practice is legal because no other gym has done this to us. Went from $50 to $65 to $79 with no upgrades. Never has LA fitness done that with the same amenities it’s still $30 definitely seeking legal counsel

Unreliable swim lesson coordination. Joined for classes and got stood up 3x and rescheduled 2x so I gave up. Also the gym needs some more newer/versatile machines
