What Parents Say
Prince of Peace Lutheran Preschool receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from most parents, with praise for caring staff, academic quality, biblical education, flexible hours, and welcoming environment. One parent gave a negative review citing delayed communication from leadership regarding their child's enrollment decision, which caused job-related stress, despite acknowledging this was a Christian institution.
Our child has been attending this preschool for 2 years. For those two years the director and teachers were amazing. They cared for our child like they were their own. They provided them with engaging lessons, provided them with a biblical education. The price is great for working parents and the hours as well. Many events for parents and family to enjoy. My child was always happy to come to this school. Some days they didn’t want to leave because of all the good fun they had. Overall, very accommodating to needs. Can’t beat the price and the peace of mind that your child will be cared for and loved
This preschool and kindergarten has been fantastic to my son, wife and I. We credit every bit of my son’s academic success to the staff at this school. Miss Lucy, Miss Rea, and the rest of the staff are kind, caring, and wonderful with the kids in terms of their education and well being. Credit to Miss Lucy as a fantastic kindergarten teacher and school director. This school’s accessibility and hours of operation for before and after school childcare were also an answer to prayer for two working parents w/ crazy schedules. We had every confidence about our son’s care and education here, and the staff went out of their way to make this happen. Thank you!!!
My 2 year daughter is a lot bigger than other kids so if in a situation where there is an issue with a toy can display somewhat aggressive behavior. The reason for this negative review is not because this preschool said they can’t keep my daughter. This review is because Ms. Lucio failed to state her decision to keep or not keep my daughter for over a month causing us significant stress with our jobs. Even then, she ran to the assistant to communicate her decision to us. Her timidity caused us valuable time we could have used to find alternative care. This was also not a case of her waiting for more information. Nothing changed from the first day she was there. The class teacher had already made that decision but said Ms. Lucio was the final authority. I called her and the assistant principal and pleaded with them on multiple occasions to let us know if they’d be able to keep my child or not as my wife had a difficult schedule. You may not be equipped to handle every child. You, however have a responsibility to treat every parent how you will want to be treated. This is sad coming from a Christian preschool. I don’t know if it is a personal issue with Ms. Lucio but someone needs to do a better job making decisions..
we normally have a difficult time fitting in, but were welcomed with open arms today ❤
Great services! Uplifting pastors & warm & friendly congregation
