Primrose West Plano has the best teachers and management team! They really make you feel like one big family. They communicate very well and always make sure our daughter safety/happiness is prioritize. Her little classmates and their families are also amazing and kind. We are so impressed with everyone, they go above and beyond!

Primrose School of West Plano has exceeded every single one of our expectations. We are truly thrilled with the environment they provide. The staff here is fantastic. From the moment we arrive, we are greeted by smiling, genuinely caring teachers who actively engage with our child, offering constant warmth and personalized attention. Knowing our child is safe, loved, and nurtured by these professionals gives us absolute peace of mind every day. The curriculum is excellent! Our child is not just playing, they are developing social skills, literacy, and science in a fun way. The structure has done an incredible job preparing them for elementary school. With its clean, bright facilities and a focus on security, Primrose of West Plano is simply the best choice.

Oh goodness.. Where do I start? 🥹 The teachers are absolutely AMAZING and I love how all of the staff knows you and your child by name and how you are greeted every time you walk in. It’s a very welcoming and loving atmosphere. You can tell that the teachers and staff TRULY care about your child, they genuinely love their job. I’m so glad I found them. My son has been going there since he was 6 months old and he is almost 2 now and I have never had any issues. I refuse to take my son anywhere else. We absolutely love Primrose - Plano West! ❤️

We absolutely love Primrose School of Plano West! Our son has been attending since he was just 4 months old, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He truly loves going to school every day, and it’s amazing to see how much he’s learned and grown. His language skills are well beyond most of his peers and even family members his age, and I truly believe that’s a reflection of the wonderful curriculum and nurturing environment at Primrose Plano West. We moved to Prosper over a year ago and initially planned to switch daycares for convenience. However, after touring several schools—including other Primrose locations—nothing came close to the warmth, structure, and quality of care we experienced at Plano West. It’s rare to find a school where every single person, from the directors to the teachers, the cooks, and even the handyman, feels like part of your family. The staff here genuinely care about each child and go above and beyond every single day. We are so grateful to have found a place that gives our son such a strong educational and emotional foundation. We’ll be enrolling our new baby here in the spring without hesitation—it’s the best decision we could make for our family!

Primrose of West Plano is such a great pre school for children and parents. From the awesome teachers to the management staff. Their communication is the best, and they all do such a wonderful job to make children feel special and so professional at the same time. Our children cannot wait to get to school in the morning! I highly recommend this West Primrose location to anyone who is looking for a top notch daycare & early childhood education!
