We absolutely love Primrose at Torrey Peaks! Both of our children—a curious 3-year-old and our little 1-year-old—have thrived in this nurturing and engaging environment. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, creating a safe and stimulating space where kids can learn, explore, and grow every day. From the thoughtful curriculum to the fun, hands-on activities, it’s clear that every detail is designed with children’s development in mind. We’ve seen our kids gain confidence, make new friends, and genuinely enjoy coming to school. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel included in their milestones and daily adventures. We couldn’t ask for a better preschool experience and highly recommend Primrose at Torrey Peaks to any family looking for a place where their little ones can flourish!
We have been at Primrose at Torrey Peaks since 2021, since my daughter was 2 and then as soon as my mat leave ended for my son. We could not have been luckier to have what I consider one of the best daycares and staff so close to us. The number of times they have worked with us to find the best solutions for our kids (who definitely had not been the easiest) is so large that I don’t think I could recollect them all. They KNOW my children and while my daughter is now in elementary she always wants to come in to say hi as she misses all her teachers. Could not recommend this school more.
Picking a daycare was scary. My wife and I were completely new to this and truthfully, we were hoping to have our child attend a different place. We lucked out when Primrose accepted us in March 2025. Amber (Director) and Kyra were awesome onboarding us. Our child was pretty resistant for a month or so but Ms. Brenda and Ms. Jasmine were absolutely wonderful in the toddler room. I am pretty sure our child required a little extra attention because he wasn't the best at napping or eating... it honestly improved after a few months with Brenda and Jasmine. Our child has transitioned to early preschool (2.5 years and up) and it went much better than anticipated. Ms. Amber (teacher), Ms. Brooke, and Ms. Madison have been everything we needed and more. They are practically potty training for us...
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Primrose School at Torrey Peaks—it has truly become an extension of our family and our village in raising our children. Our oldest daughter, now 3.5 years old, has been attending since she was just 12 weeks old, and we recently enrolled our 16-week-old as well. From day one, the staff and teachers have been nothing short of incredible—warm, inviting, professional, and genuinely caring. They’ve helped us navigate so many major milestones, from introducing solid foods to potty training, and now our oldest is proudly learning to write her name! We receive daily updates and photos through their app, which gives us peace of mind knowing our children are not only being well cared for, but are also learning and thriving in a safe and nurturing environment. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed and age-appropriate, and it’s been amazing to watch our daughter grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Primrose has also been a place where we’ve made lasting friendships with other families. It really takes a village to raise kids, and Primrose at Torrey Peaks is a core part of ours. We’re so grateful for the support, love, and education our children receive here—it’s a special place, and we highly recommend it to any family looking for high-quality care and a true community.
We have sent both of our boys to Primrose and have nothing but great things to say about the teachers, support staff, and administrators. They have always created a welcoming environment and maintain a high level of professionalism but also a warmth that gives you confidence that they care about your little boy or girl. For example, the whole team is aware and conscientious about our sons multiple food allergies but always look to be inclusive when there are food related celebrations. We tried another daycare nearby and it did not come close in terms of programming, care, flexibility, cleanliness, or staff support. Amber and her team have been fabulous for us.
