We have been having a great experience at Primrose with our 2 boys! Great communication with the teachers, my kids love the lessons, teachers, friends and meals! Lesson plans are intentional and appropriate. We are glad we made the move over to primrose! The staff also does little treats for the families like kids Christmas photos and events that make us feel welcome. Miss Kerrie, Fauzia and Shazia have been especially wonderful with our boys. Special shout out to Michelle who wrote out the recipe for my sons favorite lunch and out it in his bag for me to have at home! We appreciate you all!
What we like about this Primrose School experience is for sure their Teachers and admin staff. Everyone is very pleasant to speak to and very friendly. Teachers take very good care of my children and we do feel communication with them is easy and accessible. Really appreciate their curriculum and variety of activities offered at this Primrose. We always loved this Primrose for the teachers and admin staff, and after owner Matt Evers acquired this Primrose there was notable changes on different types of events carried out at school, which improved parents involvement with children and staff. Would definitely recommend this school for friends and families.
Our son started with Primrose Sugarland in April 2025. We are extremely happy with our choice, and have since enrolled I our daughter for their Explorers Summer Camp. Ms. Shazia I has been extremely critical in our son’s transition to a new school. He’s opened up completely, his personality has blossomed so much in such a short time. The explorers counselors, Ms. Leslie and Ms. Sara are amazing, they have created a space that allows for creativity and independence. Overall, the facility is clean, staff is welcoming (esp. Ms. Van and Ms. Yvonne!), and most all…children in their care thrive!!
I can’t say enough good things about Primose and the incredible care they provide for my cousin! From the moment we enrolled, the staff has been warm, professional, and genuinely invested in his well-being. The facility is clean, bright, and filled with engaging activities that keep him excited to go every day. The caregivers are attentive and truly understand child development, tailoring activities to his needs and interests. I love getting daily updates with photos and notes about what he’s been up to—it’s so reassuring to see him happy and thriving. They’ve also been amazing at addressing his specific needs, like helping with potty training and encouraging social skills with other kids. The communication is top-notch; the team is always approachable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It’s clear they prioritize safety and creating a nurturing environment. My cousin comes home smiling, full of stories, and sometimes doesn’t even want to leave at pickup time! I wholeheartedly recommend Primrose to any family looking for exceptional childcare. We love Primrose of Sugar Land, and we can’t say enough good things about Van Tran, the assistant director. Van has made us feel so welcomed and supported. You can tell that she truly cares—not just about the kids, but also about the families. She’s warm, approachable, and always takes the time to check in, answer questions, and make sure everything is running smoothly. The school well-organized, and filled with thoughtful activities. The teachers are kind and attentive, and it's obvious that they love what they do. Would recommend.
