Our little girl has been attending Primrose of Old Orchard for several years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The teachers are absolutely amazing—so caring, patient, and dedicated to helping our child grow. They’ve helped with potty training too which was a lifesaver for me! The staff is always responsive to questions and concerns, which has given us so much peace of mind as parents. We recently transitioned into LISD part time and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with the bus. They even notified me personally to ensure I knew she was safe and taken care of. That level of attention means the world to us. We’re so grateful for the wonderful environment they’ve created. Our experience at Primrose School of Old Orchard has been nothing short of wonderful. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. During our initial tour, Ms. Esther took the time to thoughtfully walk us through the school and explain everything that makes Primrose so special. Her warmth and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us. Throughout our time there, we’ve consistently seen how involved and committed Mr. Sheldon and Dr. Shelley are to the children’s development. Their presence and active engagement in the day-to-day life of the school truly reflect their passion and dedication to creating a nurturing environment. The teachers have also been incredibly kind and attentive, which was especially clear in how quickly Yaz grew comfortable and formed connections with everyone. Seeing our child feel so happy and secure reaffirmed that we made the right choice. If it weren’t for our upcoming move, we would have loved to continue being a part of the Primrose School of Old Orchard community for as long as possible. We’re truly grateful for the care and kindness we've experienced here.
Our daughter has been going to Primrose for the past 6.5 months and it has been nothing but a great experience! We trust the staff and leadership and know our baby is in great hands. We love the daily communication/pictures and also love knowing what she is learning each day in the infant class. She is always happy when we drop her off and pick her up so we know she is being treated with care and love. We couldn’t recommend Primrose enough!
My daughter has been attending Primrose for almost 10 months know and she LOVES it. Her teachers have all been wonderful. Big shout outs to the toddler and infant classroom teachers. Primrose truly cares for my baby girl and I wouldn’t have her any other place. My daughter know about 15-20 words in sign language, loves to help clean up and is happy thanks to the love and curriculum she receives. The quality of food is good too. The directors are wonderful and always on hand.
We recently enrolled our twin boys after an awful experience with previous daycare. We have seen such a positive change in our boys. They are more calm, intuitive and have a much stronger understanding of who they are. We are beyond grateful and blessed to have found Primrose of Old Orchard.
