After six years and four of my children attending this daycare, I honestly expected a much more respectful experience when it came time for us to leave. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. My son had recently begun having some behavioral issues, which I fully acknowledge and worked closely with the staff to address. However, instead of partnership and communication, the situation resulted in him being dismissed from the center—not once, but twice. What truly felt personal and unprofessional was the decision to remove all of my children from the daycare as a result. To make matters worse, I was told this decision was influenced by a “visitor’s review” that no one has ever been able to provide or confirm. Three of the teachers themselves stated my children were with them the entire time that supposed incident occurred. That alone says a lot about the credibility of the reasoning given. I had always maintained a good rapport with the center supervisor, yet after years of loyalty, neither she nor the owner reached out or spoke a single word to me or my children after informing us we were no longer welcome. That silence spoke volumes. It’s disappointing to see how little regard is shown for families who have given this center years of trust and support. Reading other reviews, I now understand the unprofessional tone in how the owner responds to criticism — which makes sense, considering how uninvolved they seem to be in the actual operations and relationships that truly make a center successful. Six years, four kids, and zero respect on the way out. That’s my honest experience. In response to your comment, Thank you, Jennifer — no need for me to reach out directly. As the owner, you should already have my contact information if all of your paperwork is in order, which I would certainly hope it is. I actually welcome you to send that supporting documentation you mentioned. After six years with your center, I’d love to see exactly what was “documented.”

Our daughter has been attending Quail Valley childcare center since last year and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Quail Valley to any parent looking for a reliable and loving childcare center. The staff members are warm, attentive and genuinely caring.

The staff here are amazing people all around. My son attends here and we saw positive changes every week. After a few weeks, he is excited to go “school” and see Ms Cathy & friends.
