We love how amazing all of the Primrose teachers are and how well they communicate in the Procare app. They plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to promote learning in so many ways! We love the picture updates and feeling at ease that our child is in great hands. The community events are so fun and welcoming, too. We love Primrose!

Seven years ago, shortly after moving to the area, I was feeling incredibly frustrated after a negative experience with another daycare. By chance, I stumbled upon Primrose School of North Mason Creek. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ms. Cookie, who patiently listened to my anxieties about trying yet another daycare and my fears about whether my children would truly be well-cared for.Ms. Cookie suggested a "discovery day," inviting me to bring my child to spend a day with the class to see how he liked it. When I asked when we could come, she immediately responded, "How about today?" So, I completed the necessary paperwork and left my then 3-year-old with them for the day. I returned early to pick him up, fully expecting him to have hated it and beg to go back to his old out-of-state daycare. To my surprise, he was indeed crying, but when I asked him why, he said it was because he didn't want to leave and made me promise to bring him back to Primrose.I've kept that promise. Seven years and three children later, that promise still holds true. Even though we no longer reside in the area, the 25-minute commute to this daycare is the easiest part of my day because I know the entire team at Primrose School of North Mason Creek has made it a true home for my children. As a busy mom, it's a constant comfort to know my children are so well cared for.Recently, one of my children had a medical emergency at the facility. Had it not been for the staff's incredible attentiveness and care, the situation could have been dire. Ms. Cookie and her entire team are just simply amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for exceptional care for their little one.

This Primrose is excellent. I enrolled my child in the summer camp, and she is having a fantastic time. They offer numerous activities that keep the kids engaged. It's a clean and tidy place, and I really appreciate their Procare communication app, which makes interaction simple. The daycare shares all kinds of activities in the app, including pictures.

Primrose school of North Mason, Katy was the first school experience for our 2 year old daughter after moving here. Finding a good school with kind people was our priority and we are so glad to find Primrose school. This school is absolutely amazing in terms of teaching staff, front desk staff even the kitchen staff. Every time I have been there, often unannounced, my kid is always happy and cheerful and well tended. The facility has always been clean. Everyone is pleasant and always happy to help! My daughter looks forward to go to this school and absolutely adores her teachers. I would highly recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a fun, nurturing environment for their little ones!

Our 15 month old has been attending Primrose North Mason Creek since he was around 15 weeks. He’s our first so I was very anxious about leaving him somewhere for the first time but the teachers and staff made the transition so much easier for us. He is always happy when we pick him up and he has formed a bond with every teacher he’s had. He’s learning so much and the teachers truly seem invested in his milestones and celebrate them with us! I was recommended Primrose by multiple colleagues, with each one praising Ms Cookie and the entire staff. We are so happy to be part of the PNMC family and know that as our family grows, our kids will be in good hands!
