My little one just started in the Toddler room. As a former Primrose employee (almost 10 years ago lol), I know the standards and expectations that Primrose offers. That didn't change the anxiety I had about starting my child in preschool for the first time. But this location exceeded even what I thought I knew. From the moment I toured, I knew this was the place for my kiddo. The leadership staff are so kind and gave the opportunity for me to meet/speak with the teachers in the class during the tour (for almost an hour)! They also gave us the opportunity to do an orientation and bring our kiddo to see the class for herself. What I also loved was how many of their teachers have been at the school for years! This shows even the teachers love it here! Ms. Miller, Ms. Barco, & Ms. Reyna in Toddlers are all so amazing and have welcomed my child with love and patience. We all know it takes a while for your child to adjust and they've been so great with her! I've had to resist the urge to call and check in so much, but they have been so kind and understanding. I have peace in knowing my child is being loved and cared for here. I feel that I made the best choice in choosing Primrose of Kingwood. Trust me, you won't regret it.
When people ask me what I like about Primrose, my answer is simple: EVERYTHING. There’s no better feeling than dropping my daughter off each day and having complete peace of mind. I know she’s being cared for like one of their own, and I never have to worry for a second. If there’s ever anything wrong, they call me immediately. I know she’s safe. I know she’s eating healthy meals cooked with care. I know she’s surrounded by people who genuinely love and invest in her. On top of that, I get daily updates and photos that make me feel so connected to her day. It’s such a gift to see her learning, laughing, and growing even when I’m not there. What more could I possibly ask for? Thank you, Primrose, for being everything I could ever want in a daycare.
All of the teachers and administrators at Primrose work really hard to make a wonderful environment for our child to learn. They are responsive and quick to discuss any questions you may have. The teachers are kind and patient which makes me feel totally comfortable trusting them with my child's care.
We were a part of the Primrose family for over 2 years and loved it. Our boys grew so much socially and academically while they were there. The staff always made is feel at home and took such great care of our family. Through tough times and a little bit of a health scare with one kiddo you were right there with us! We love you guys and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the time we had with y'all!
This is an excellent Primrose location with great leadership. The teachers and staff love the kids so much and do an amazing job educating them. We’ve used them for almost 2 years now. Both our girls love the teachers and the staff. They’ve made great friends and have learned so much.
