We are so happy with our decision to send our child to primrose. The staff has been so kind and caring to our child, making both of our experience and transition to daycare a great one! The teachers were attentive to helping our child with the difficult transition of drop offs to the point he now runs to them instead of tears when we go! Would recommend this care for anyone looking for their child over and over again!
Our family has loved our experience at this location. My daughter has graduated and still talks about her teachers and her friends. My son is still attending, he started in the infant room and will go through every class. He has learned so much and has made so many friends. The teachers are patient with him and meets him where he is at, we have not been disappointed!
We love Primrose HR! We have two (soon to be three) kiddos here. The oldest has been here since 6 months and is now 4 in the pre-K room. I considered several other daycares before coming here but none matched what Primrose offers. The facilities are great with huge outdoor play areas for each class. They keep their toys and books in great condition. They provide food and it’s a good variety for the kids. The teachers have low turnover from what we’ve seen. They’re all super caring and very responsive. The director, Kris, has been here the whole time we’ve been here and is amazing - as is the whole management team. They also offer a lot of 'extras' on site - like sign-up basketball and soccer classes. We just enrolled our oldest in basketball and he likes it (especially the stamp he gets at the end of the sessions). They also do photo days with sibling photos, and even let us bring in our baby so she could be included too. I love getting the daily updates on the app with pictures. Highly recommend anyone considering a daycare to come here.
My daughter was constantly neglected at this location, nearly every week she had a new incident happen to her and when asked why this kept occurring I was told “ it’s common among toddlers”. Incidents that happened weren’t reported properly, I was only told immediately after it happened verbally and I honestly believe that what I was being told was a lie. When picking up my daughter I would ask simple questions such as “ how was her day? Did she have a good day? How did she do today?” And all I would ever receive was a head nod or not even an acknowledgment. Finding out that they wouldn’t even switch out her milk that was placed in her bottle since before drop off and they kept giving it to her throughout the day. And when we asked the Director about standards regarding bottle sanitation, and procedures regarding milk in their bottles that we are required to provided. She didn’t know, she had to ask the teachers and let us know on a later day. If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. I had such high hopes and expectations for this place. When I toured the facility they made me believe that my daughter would thrive and be in such well hands but everyday week after week they kept disappointing and not representing the facility they told me they would be.
We are so grateful for the warm, kind, and caring teachers in the infant classroom, as well as the management. We are kept up-to-date, can easily communicate with the teachers, and know our child is in the best care!
