We absolutely love Primrose! From the moment my daughter started attending, she’s been excited to go to school every day. It’s such a joy to see her thriving in an environment where she feels safe, happy, and engaged. The teachers are incredibly kind, friendly, and nurturing — they’ve built such a strong bond with her, and it shows in how much she’s learned and grown. Her development has been amazing, from social skills to early academics, and we’re constantly impressed by the new things she comes home talking about. Upper management is also fantastic — always receptive, communicative, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the children and families. It’s clear that Primrose is committed to excellence in early childhood education, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support they provide. The classrooms are bright and cheerful, and the outdoor play areas are clean and well-maintained. It’s in such a lovely location, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere. We feel so lucky to have found Primrose — it’s truly a second home for our family. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, the program, and the care they provide. We are thrilled to be a part of the Primrose family! Our eldest daughter has been attending since 2023, and we have loved watching her grow and thrive at Primrose Heritage WF. From social skills like listening, sharing, and kindness, to the math, reading, and science subjects they learn at such a young age - we are constantly impressed with everything the teachers are able to do. The curriculum is truly exceptional. Our infant daughter enrolled earlier this year and it’s also been fun to see how quickly her development has advanced due to her nurturing classroom environment as well. We know she is in good hands when she smiles and cuddles into her teacher at drop off each morning. Additionally, the administrative staff do a great job sharing updates, providing healthy meals, and planning fun activities for the Primrose families! We are happy to be here, highly recommend!

We’ve absolutely loved our time at Primrose! As a first-time mom, trusting someone else with our baby’s care was incredibly difficult. I did extensive research and toured several daycares in the area before making a decision. Seeing how happy, loved, and thriving our son is now, I have no doubt that we made the right choice. He has had incredible teachers who nurture and care for him as if he were their own. They’ve helped him achieve milestones and celebrate every success with genuine joy and encouragement. As educators ourselves, my husband and I are impressed by the curriculum that supports the development of the whole child. We also greatly appreciate the professionalism and strong leadership of the administrative team, and know how important they are not only in the daily operations but also in creating a safe, positive learning environment. Primrose is an excellent choice for families looking for a caring, supportive, and enriching daycare - we’re so glad that we chose them and would absolutely recommend!

We have loved having our two children at primrose. Our oldest has now moved on to kindergarten but she still loves going back and getting hugs from everyone we encounter. Primrose doesn’t feel like a daycare it feels like a school and they truly care about each child as an individual. Half of our friend group has started to send their children as well because of how much we talk about it. We would highly recommend Primrose of Heritage to anyone looking for a loving and structured environment for their kids.
