We love it here! My son has attended for 5 years and will miss his teachers dearly when he goes to kindergarten soon! Friendly staff and teachers that genuinely care for our kiddos. ❤️
My son go here and my whole family love everyone that works here from the Director Carrie to Ms Angela and Ms Avice. And where do I begin with the teachers? They are so caring and literally the best teachers anyone can ask for. My son may be on the spectrum, Ms Lynda and Ms Faith are so patient with him. Everyday when I ask about his progress they are always positive. It also melts my heart to see Ms Lynda give him hugs when he need it and how Ms Sharon always sit next to him patiently while he play his puzzle. Ms Vicki is super sweet as well.
We love KinderCare wake forest. We are always greeted with a smile by Ms. Bebe and Ms. Angela, and have come to know them on a personal level, which makes us feel great taking our kids there. The teachers are phenomenal, and they have made adjustments when needed to make sure our kids have the best care possible. Our kids love the splash pad during the summers, and the gym is also a big hit. The thought put into the children's schedule and education every week is carefully planned based on what they should be learning shows the exceptional knowledge of the program specialist. We also love the daily updates on what our children are learning and getting pictures of their day is really special. We love it here!
Adding another note here that we still love Wake Forest KinderCare! :) I will start by saying thank the heavens that our son is at Wake Forest KinderCare! When he turned 4 months old, we had enrolled him in another daycare while we waited for a spot at KinderCare to open up. He was in the other daycare for 2 months and it was really stressful (it was not a good daycare). As soon as we got that call that his spot opened at KinderCare we switched him, and it has been the BEST experience of our lives! The entire front office staff of Ms. Carrie, Ms. Angela, and Ms. Bebe is phenomenal. They know you and your child and make you feel like you're part of their family. It goes such a long way, and my son loves all of them! The teachers are A-MAZING! They care so much about the children, and the parents, and the detail that goes into each day and monthly theme is unmatched... My son is excelling in his development, and I know that's because of KinderCare. They do so many activities and I love the updates through the app - live throughout each day... you really get to feel like you're connected to everything going on, which is really important (especially for me as a first-time parent). The food they provide is well-balanced and nutritious, which is of course extremely important while these little ones are growing and developing. And there's always healthy snacks waiting at the front every afternoon - which my son loves to enjoy on his ride home. I cannot say enough great things about how amazing this daycare center is. If I could rate higher, I would. This place has changed all of our lives for the better and I absolutely love being part of this family!
This center has the worst Director, Karrie. She stays in the office, barely speaks and acknowledges families, very rarely communicates. When she does "have the time", it's a blank stare and she will make you feel like you are bothering her. The most I've seen her communicate and talk to is Ms. Bebe the program spec who isn't any better. A Director with an I don't care attitude with NO type of warmth and emotion. A program specialist who is always surrounded by employees in the morning while children run around. It's very unprofessional and is not a good look when dropping off your child. The best part of this center is Mrs. Angela, the Assistant Director. Always has a smile, she speaks and acknowledged every parent and child, and most importantly she is approachable. The center is completely different when she opens and when it's just her there. If you do decide to bring your child here, the only good thing is Mrs. Angela and some of the teachers. Happy Juneteenth Everyone ✊🏾❤️✊🏾💚✊🏾🖤✊🏾💛
