Wonderful school/daycare. The teachers are wonderful and genuinely care for and love on my daughter! And the teachers have been very consistent - it seems like there is not a lot of turnover here. Communication from the teachers and office is great too! We have been so happy with this daycare and feel like our daughter is in great care. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this school. I’m actually writing this review several months after we had to leave due to moving away, but I still think about them often and I think that speaks volumes. The teachers are so warm yet highly skilled, and they truly cared about our daughter (and expressed that to us, which made us so much more comfortable!) Leaving your child at school is never easy, but knowing how much they are loved and cared for helped a lot and truly meant so much to our family. This school has incredible leadership in Mrs. Rachel and the rest of the administration team. In fact, Mrs. Rachel was one of the main reasons we chose the school after touring so many. It was clear that she cared about the school and had really great leadership skills. If I could pick up this school and drop it in our new town so my children could attend here again, I would do it! Thanks so much to the Primrose team- we miss you!

Would give more stars if I could!! We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose! The teachers are incredibly engaging, attentive, and informative, creating a positive and nurturing environment that our daughter absolutely loves. She’s always excited to go to school. Over the past year, we’ve seen tremendous growth in her learning, confidence, and mental sharpness, and we truly credit her teachers and the strong curriculum for that. The front office / operations team is equally outstanding—always warm, organized, and actively involved. There is a strong sense of community here, with frequent events that bring parents and families together. Thanks to Primrose, my wife and I have made lasting friendships with other families. The school’s Fall Festival, in particular, is something truly special—they go above and beyond to make it memorable for everyone. We are so grateful to be part of this wonderful school community! Special thank you to the toddler and early preschool teachers!

A Wonderful School for Our Son! Primrose of Frisco West has been an incredible place for our son, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and dedication of the staff. The teachers are caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. Our son has truly thrived here, and we love seeing him excited to go to school every day. The balance of learning and play fosters a love of discovery, and the nurturing environment helps build his confidence and social skills. Primrose of Frisco West truly feels like a second home for our son, and we’re so grateful to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. Best Daycare/school in the area. We actually had a daycare/school within walking distance and had to pull our kids out because they were horrific. We toured and got feedback on like 7 nearby schools and we picked Primrose of West Frisco. We love the teacher and school. We have 2 boys and have experienced all of the different classes and now several of our friends have moved their kids to this school as well. Teachers know all kids names, they greet you when you arrive and leave, lots of education and activities. Great school!
