We toured 5 or 6 daycares in the area looking for the right fit for our daughter. We’re so glad someone mentioned Primrose in Duluth to us. It is absolutely the best decision we made. We love the infant teachers Ms. Maria and Ms. J. They are so patient with the babies and our baby is always excited to show us the new skills she learns in school. Even though there is no video surveillance parents have access to, we felt it was not needed once we got a chance to meet the teachers during our tour. The admin is communicative about what’s going on and the teachers send us updates through the ProCare app. Things are kept clean, we love the emphasis on washing the babies’ hands when their diapers are changed, and the tuition amount is fair. Thank you so much for all you do for the families you serve. We are grateful for our experience here. We moved and so had to switch baby to another daycare because the distance was now too long but we’re so thankful for Ms. Maria and the way she loves our baby.
My daughter has been attending Primrose since she was 10 months old, and we’ve had a wonderful experience over the years. Like many parents, I was initially concerned about the absence of live cameras. However, the school quickly eased my worries with their consistent communication and frequent photo updates throughout the day via their app. One of the major deciding factors for our family was that their pricing includes snacks and meals—something that adds both convenience and value. The staff at Primrose are truly exceptional. They’re always warm and welcoming, greeting us every time we enter or leave the building. They are also very proactive and prompt when it comes to reporting any incidents or illnesses, which we really appreciate. Now that my daughter is in the Early Pre-K class, we’ve seen such incredible growth in her. She comes home each day excited, often using new words she’s learned. The teachers have also been wonderful in supporting her through potty training, making the process so much smoother for our family. We’re so grateful to have found a daycare that not only cares for our child but actively contributes to her development and happiness.
My children have been attending Primrose School of Duluth West for over two years now. I have seen, like every other early learning center, teachers come and go, and I still love it here. Management does an amazing job communicating on whatever is going on in the school. The teachers love my children and treat them with compassion and respect. I would definitely recommend this school for anyone who want's to go to work and know that their children will not only be learning curriculum, but also be cared for by staff who love them and get to know them on personal levels.
My daughter just finished GA Prek here and all I have to say is that it was a great year because of the staff and Dr. Z. My little one had a hard time adjusting at the beginning but she loved the rest of her year. I have to say her teacher did so much for my little girl to learn so much in just 1 year. I definitely recommend this school. We are going to miss everyone. Thank you Primrose Duluth west!
I’m shocked at all the great reviews. My son wanted to change daycares, when GCPS is out for beaks, as he wasn’t completely enjoying his other daycare. I’ve been eyeing Primrose for a few years, for both my son and daughter, but it’s too expensive. So, I figured I would let my son go here for holiday weeks/school breaks. I was excited, as the curriculum and structure seems in tune with how we want to raise our children. This has been a complete stressful time trying to get him at this daycare!! Lack of communication/information, lack of follow-up, and incorrect information. I do understand that daycares get busy, but it’s really unacceptable to treat customers like this. Primrose has all these rules/regulations/stipulations to attend, as if they are running a tight ship, but we have not really gotten a professional experience as the company portrays. Here we are, day two of Thanksgiving week, and my husband STILL does not have an invite to the app and that’s how you check in your child. It was asked of me over the phone during the “orientation”, who would be authorized pickup/drop off people and I communicated multiple times that my husband would be an authorized person. I even put it on the initial paperwork. I really do want to like this place and possibly switch my daughter to Primrose, but this whole process has put a bitter taste in my mouth. At this point, I feel that I have wasted $120 in the registration fee. Otherwise, I’ve given 3 stars due to everyone has been “generally” nice. Krystal has been very nice.
