My son attended this Primrose location for about three years. We left only because we are moving as a family, but it was so hard to leave! The teachers and staff are like family. They know all the kids names, their siblings, and parents. Our son learned so so so much. His vocabulary has been amazing and he would always run in to hug his teachers. We hope to enroll again if we move back to this neighborhood. Highly recommend this daycare!
In July I specifically asked prior to enrolling my 4 year old into this daycare, how do they handle tantrums? After having an extensive conversation i enrolled my daughter. My child was dis enrolled within a week and a half due to tantrums. Since this has happened i do now realize that this environment isn't diverse at ALL. This was a very unpleasant experience for myself, my husband & my daughter 😒
We are forever grateful that we enrolled our son at Primrose School at Eagle Ranch! When he started, he was a month away from turning 3. He didn't communicate much with any of us except words like Momma, Dada, Bubba, Yeah and No. He also had a very hard time being with anyone outside of our home and regulating his emotions. After just one month (yes, really!) he began speaking TONS of words, expressing his emotions calmly and being super happy to walk into school each day. We saw our pediatrician for his three year old checkup at the one month mark. She told us that had we told her how our son was before he started Primrose, we would have had to start speech therapy. She said the amount of progress he made in such a short time meant that Primrose was a perfect match and to keep going! Mrs. Saldivar, Mrs. Lytle and Miss Thomas are the most incredible human beings. The first few weeks, drop-off was quite hard on our boy. I watched his teachers wipe his tears, hug him tenderly with love and patiently wait for him to get comfortable. Many times they had no idea I was watching through the window, this made a huge impression on me. Not once have I seen them frustrated with him or any of the children, no matter how rowdy they get. We all know how hard that is! The entire staff goes above and beyond, they treat all questions with empathy and true understanding. I have never felt like a bother, always a warm welcome from the moment we enter. My morning chats with Mrs. Ivonne at the front desk are seriously one of the highlights of my day. She knows every child's name and is such an incredible person! We love Primrose School at Eagle Ranch and are excited for the many years ahead here!
Primrose at Eagle Ranch was such a pleasant experience for our 1 year old son. This was his first time away from home and he loved it. We were nervous, but the staff and facilities really eased our mind. We loved the updates throughout the day on the Procare app. He actually grew intellectually leaps and bounds in such a short amount of time. We highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare in the area. Give Ivonne a call. You won’t regret it. :)
I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else! We were originally at a different daycare and had to unenroll while my daughter had/recovered from surgery. When it was time for her to go back, there was no longer a spot for her, but Primrose had one. We have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about our first daycare, but when they called to say a spot was now available, we passed it up because Primrose was just superior. Been there for over 3 years and haven’t had a single complaint.
