Prime Time Ymca Pinnacle Pointe

While i was dropping off an elderly woman back to her apartment the maintenance supervisor harrassed me about how i was parked doing so. It was raining, and cold and she also had a lot of groceries that needed to be put by her door step. I parked by the ramp so she could get to her apartment and had to unload some of the groceries so i could get to her walker. He was very rude not only to me but to the elderly lady. I plan om contacting the manager about this when ever they are available.

Tammy has been amazing with everything that needed to be done from touring the apartment to staying a little later so we could come in for paperwork to the move in. Thanks for everything!

I moved to Pinnacle Pointe in December and all the staff are wonderful. I really appreciate Ms. Tammy the most. She was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the whole moving process. She answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. These apartments are wonderful and great with children as well. The YMCA program is great. There is always activities going on in the front office and everyone is involved and included. The residents here are great as well and extremely welcoming. Overall I am extremely pleased and happy with my move.

Tammy in the office is absolutely amazing! Sweetest person you’ll meet & very honest. This complex is a decent area to live in with HEB+ being right behind the complex, amazing elementary school next door. Nice little park for kids to play at. Apartments are very nice/modern, bathrooms are very spacious, lots of storage! Pantry & kitchen are decent in size! Carpets are soft. Washer and dryer connections, dishwasher, garbage disposal, && small balcony area! Maintenance staff is amazing and quick to fix any issues you may have. Never had any issues living here! 4 stars because the only downside is that the pool has been down :(
