Need to hire competent people, it’s not hard to send my child home CLEAN. I see almost every other child here come out for pick up CLEAN except my child. They’ve ruined countless outfits and clothes just bought this summer. Have they offered to replace, yes. However stores don’t even carry those clothes or even similar anymore beings as they were bought during the summer. Incompetence all around and personally if you want your child to come home clean choose another facility.
The therapists treat my child with so much respect and compassion. They celebrate every win with us. Fantastic environment for ABA.
