I had a bad experience at this daycare and they deleted my review so I hope this stays. During our three months at Primary Beginnings with our infant daughter, frequent requests for early pick-ups were made due to perceived illness, despite doctor visits consistently confirming no health issues or concerns. While health caution is valued, the frequency of these requests(once a week), particularly given availability for pickups(since they knew my husband worked from home), became a significant concern regarding reliability. Most of the teachers were consistently pleasant and engaging, which was appreciated, not all. However, the operational aspects of the facility, including a cancellation of our final week after notice was provided, made it challenging to rely on their services for consistent childcare. Future families considering Primary Beginnings should ensure they have robust alternative childcare arrangements or flexible work schedules due to potential service interruptions.

This is a really good preschool! All the staff are nice to my child which is so very important. From the staff I’ve interacted with, they care alot about all the children. I would especially like to thank Ms. Tenice, Ms. Nicole, and Ms. Crystal for everything! They are very professional and nice people. They made my child’s preschool experience great! I usually don’t do reviews but this preschool deserves it and goes out of their way to make the kids and families enjoy time together and make memories. Thanks to all the teachers for everything you do!

Our son attended Primary Beginnings from 6 months to 1 year, and our experience was outstanding. The teachers and staff provided exceptional care and support, assisting not only him with milestones like starting solid foods, crawling, and adjusting nap schedules but also us as parents. We were greeted daily with energetic smiles from the team and our son absolutely loved everyone on staff. We are so grateful for the loving and welcoming environment as well as excellent care our son received. We highly recommend this school!

It's not just his teachers, though; the assistant director is his "buddy," always taking the time to play and engage with him, and he never misses a chance to wave goodbye and blow kisses to the director. Even the cook has formed a special bond with my son! He loves the delicious meals, and the cook’s friendly demeanor always brings a smile to his face. It's heartwarming to see how all the children interact with the staff, demonstrating the same affection and trust. The center itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It's clear that the children's health and safety are a top priority. While the early years are inevitably filled with occasional illnesses, the staff is always quick to respond and take measures to minimize the spread. Beyond the nurturing environment, Primary Beginnings excels in fostering each child's development. The infant room teachers are incredibly dedicated, patiently guiding the little ones through milestones like tummy time, crawling, and holding a bottle, while also respecting parents' routines. The toddler room teachers continue this dedication, focusing on fine and gross motor skills, language development, and building autonomy. What's truly remarkable is the effort the staff puts into building relationships with the children across different age groups. My son's toddler teachers began getting to know him while he was still an infant, and the infant teachers continue to maintain a warm connection with him. Primary Beginnings isn't just a childcare center; it's a community where children are cherished, nurtured, and encouraged to thrive. Highly recommend this center for your little ones. I was searching for the right daycare for my boys and Primary Beginnings was the one for me and my boys. My oldest has been with PB since June 2024. The staff is AMAZING and professional! They are responsible, heart warming, caring, trustworthy, every positive characteristic in the book. My son's teachers are truly the best, they care for my boys like their own. The communication is top notch, always keeping me updated with feedings, changes, etc. Ms.Tonisha, Mrs. Sandra, Ms.Montressa, Ms. Monique, Ms. Mehiah, Mrs.Crystal, and Mrs.Jessica are dedicated to their work. My boys love their teachers and the staff. I love how the center has events all year round for my family. I can drop off my boys and head to work with a calm mindset because I know my boys are in a safe and loving environment. Thank you staff 💙
