My daughter is still enrolled at PPMA and has been since she was 3 months old. I have been so impressed with the teachers and the administrative team these last almost 9 months. I get frequent updates throughout the day, cute and funny pictures/videos, and I feel like any questions or concerns I may have get addressed timely and appropriately. I was so nervous about putting my daughter in daycare, especially so young, and because my daughter is very obviously an only child and very adventurous at her young age, which can be challenging with a bunch of other little ones around. But I have really come to love the team at PPMA and appreciate how much they love and care for my daughter. They are very patient not just with her, but with me as well, who can sometimes be an anxious mama with a lot of questions. They are so great with her, and the fact that she smiles when she sees them and will cuddle up to them, tells me everything I need to know - and that is that my daughter is safe and well cared for. No one and no place will ever be perfect, but PPMA does amazing work and will love your child like their own, and do everything they can to make sure they are safe, they are learning, and that they are taken care of. I highly recommend this Academy if you are looking for a great place for your own little one.
My son absolutely loved his time here. Even though he only attended during the summer, I could tell they truly strive to ensure the space and routines reflect the Montessori philosophy. I loved seeing the calm and peaceful atmosphere in the classroom every morning. My only regret is not finding them sooner.
Literally within two days of starting our son here, the entire staff recognized my wife and I, and they also knew our son’s name. It really really made us feel like they were attentive and that we had been welcomed into a community. As far as the actual learning processes and activities go our son has grown by leaps and bounds since we started him here. The caretakers have been at this institution for a very very long time and they’re incredible at engaging with the children. Activities are structured and the children are given instructions and activities in both English and Spanish. My son is happy when I leave him and is happy when I come back to get him at the end of the day. Additionally the meals are cooked fresh and healthy. Sometimes we are arrive towards the end of breakfast, but the staff will always check to see if our son needs any additional food before he starts participating in activities. At previous places he would cry or be upset and there seem to be issues with some consistency. Here that is not the case. I can really tell that he loves attending daycare here and I can also tell that he’s well taken care of by the staff and caretakers. I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. They are exceptional at what they do and you will really feel like you’ve been welcomed into an amazing place for your children.
We’re so grateful for our time at Preston Park. The warm, nurturing environment made our kids feel safe, valued, and excited to learn every day. A very special thank you to Ms. Rama, Ms. July, Ms. Bebe, Ms. Ingee whose patience, creativity, and genuine care left a lasting positive impact on our children’s confidence and love for learning. This school will always hold a special place in our hearts.
My LO started at Preston Park when he was 3 months old until we had to move out of state when he was 16 months. We loved it and could see how much he thrived in the environment. Every one there was so friendly and even teachers of classes that he was not apart of knew his name. It was not hard for me to drop him off every morning because I knew he was in great hands and would be well taken care of. If we ever end up back in the area, our kids would definitely be going to PPMA
