We love premier prep! We’ve had our daughter there since she was 4 months she’s 3 now ! It’s a very secure facility and they have a great app that updates you throughout the day. They have great teachers as well....Big shoutout to Mrs. Gracie !! We love her !! Front office ladies (+Chris/Mr.Rob) are very friendly ! Would recommend PPS !
We sent our three month old here for a few months until we moved out of state and we cannot say enough amazing things about this daycare. We felt comfortable from day one. Every single employee was welcoming, helpful, and took excellent care of our daughter! Karmen and Satee in the infant room were the absolute best! We will miss Premier Prep School!
My experience with this daycare was one of the most unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had as a parent. On Thursday, I called to ask about availability and a tour. I was told directly that they had openings and was scheduled for a tour the next morning. On Friday, I toured the facility, and told them I was ready to enroll immediately so my son could begin on Monday, just as I had mentioned in my initial call. Rebecca suddenly claimed she wasn’t sure there was space as 2 children had enrolled on Thursday, even though she had told me there was. I had just saw his classroom and counted about nine children, clearly not a full class, when the student to teacher ratio is 1:11 and there are 2 teachers. From there, the situation became even more concerning. Rebecca went into the office, whispered with Chris, the owner, and returned stating : there were actually no spots available and my son was second on a waiting list. After voicing my concern about being told there was availability, Chris came and spoke with me promising to call me back about the availability, but that call never came. Instead, I received a generic email confirming my son had been placed on the waiting list. This experience was not just disappointing as a single mom — it was deeply troubling as this is a faith based school. The whispering in the office, the sudden contradictions, and the lack of follow-through made it clear that honesty and transparency are not priorities at this school. I would strongly caution other parents to look elsewhere. If this is how they handle new families at the door, I shudder to think how issues are handled once a child is enrolled.
We’re so grateful for the care and support Premier has given our family over the past four years. Both of our boys started here during the pandemic, and the staff created a safe, nurturing environment from day one. We’ve watched them grow, thrive, and build a strong foundation for kindergarten. Thank you for the love, flexibility, and dedication—you’ve made a lasting impact on our family.
Premier prep school was highly recommended to us by a few couples we are close to therefore we signed up for the on-site tour. When we did the tour, we were met with a warm welcome and was very impressed with how organized, structured, clean, and safe Premier prep school was. We were also very encouraged with how embedded Christian morals and teachings seemed to be in the foundation of their curriculum and care. Although my wife and I decided it was best for her to stay at home, ownership was understanding and ultimately worked with us after we made that decision despite the former commitment we made. In conclusion, after going through the on-site tour, strong recommendations from friends that have their kids enrolled there and their understanding when we had to change our plans, I strongly recommend enrolling your children (of all ages) into Premier Prep School.
