I am so glad my daughter never attended this school. Nor would I ever invole my grandchildren here. Every obstacle got in my way of trying to obtain an opportunity scholarship. For this Lord I Thank you. I've since found a great Christian Center where the leaders are really servers of the Lord and God plays a major role in their daily activities with staff as well as the children. This place is not one of those places. Beware.

I have been with PPA since she first opened, and the director Sharon has taken care of my children for 8 years. I have multiple children of different ages and they all enjoy going. I have nothing but great things to say about the daycare and the people who work in it! We have become a big family & I highly recommend!!

Choosing 1 star because it won't allow Zero. If you are looking for communication and honesty, do not enroll your child here. My 3 year old son communicated that the admin Sharon Jones called him a snitch, called him stupid, and snatched his bottle. He just recently stated that the admin instructed a student named "Ashton" to slap my son. I reached out to her to discuss and she avoided me like the plague. My son attended off and on for another 3-4 months and once he aged out of the Headstart program, she sent me a letter disenrolling him from the program. No conversation or never denying my concern. Beware. My son had no reason to lie as I witness myself how she man handled my son and offered no comfort to a crying 3 year old. There is no connection or compassion from the admin so I can only imagine my sons experience there. Do not be tricked by the welcome and warm introduction from any headstart representative that contacts you to recruit to this center. It is a false narrative and will not be the same energy you receive from the center as I have learned the center and Headstart are 2 separate entities. I was told by another staff member that Sharon would be in the office later the afternoon, then when I arrived, she was not so I mumbled out of frustration "they playing with me" A staff member (not even my sons teacher) chose to challenge me and go back and forth about me saying something under my breath. I'm 30 and not a child, therefore anything I say to myself cannot be policed by anyone, especially if I am the one that is being handled unethically and wrongfully. The previous review mentions "family" and thats it. Only peope who have relationships outside of the center will mention anything positive. If you dont know anyone here, they will look at you like "who are you" and make no attempt to build a relationship. Beware of the Headstart Program as they have no issue with Partnering with centers that lack in empathy, customer service, and any type of standard. While Headstart is free, there is obviously a reason for it. Stay away.

All of my children attend daycare here. Mrs.Kat is an amazing teacher. She always reports the good and bad things. Mrs. Sharron keeps things running smoothly. I haven’t had any issues.
