What happen to this place ??!! My son came Home telling me that the teachers told him they don’t like him. There no reason a 3 year old should be saying this. Also they suspended him because he was being a kid! When I say being a kid doing stuff like playing with other kids! My son has been there since he was a couple of months old and they use to have a great staff now there complain about everything, how do you complain about doing your job?! In the past year my son has been at the doctors office a hand full of times since they don’t even clean anymore there’s allot of germs stay away if you want your kid to be healthy. And for anyone that thinks that the staff will intend to even show them any kind of learning skills forget about it they don’t !! Don’t be a daycare if you can’t take care of kids………

This daycare will always call me saying that my son was aggressive that I needed to pick him up at least once a week. The director is very unprofessional never met the lady. I would ask multiple times to come in to see what was causing my son to display this behavior she never got back to me. Disregard me multiple times. I would not recommended you to put your child in this facility. They sent my son home with a lump and bruise on his forehead and when ask what happen the staff has no idea as well as the director. They expelled my one year old son for no reason. If you don’t have patience to work in a daycare you should not kids will be kids and playful. Doesn’t mean there aggressive.

I would give this NO stars at all!! Im SUPER MAD at this place! This daycare has disappointed me tremendously my son was here at 5 months old and let me tell you I hesitated only because for starters they blast the AC on and my son would come home SICK EVERY WEEK everytime I will send him good not sick and he will come back home with stuffy boogers cough and fevers and worse he caught RSV here!!! My worst nightmare and another thing the caregivers would always NOT pay attention onto your childs belongings and put in other childs clothing and bibs into your childs diaper bag to take home. Such a mess they never returned my sons pacifiers back. Im MORE UPSET at the fact my son at 7 months old my baby boy got bit on the hand over a toy! THE DIRECTOR and CAREGIVERS NEVER apologized nor think to call me immediately as a concerned parent my baby boy who was defenseless has a huge red bite mark and they did NOT do anything to prevent this incident from happening but called it normal behavior and watched it happened! THEY are careless and not worth having your child watched. I did NOT get no sincere explanation but just rules and a note 4 HOURS LATER to have him get picked up, DO NOT bring your child here! Besides the director is NEVER there only when benefiting her and none theless I pulled my son out immediately they cannot be trusted !

Every experiment I’ve had with this daycare has been great. It’s affordable and the staff treat the kids well. My son is always excited to walk through the doors of daycare and you can tell how much he loves the staff here. The owner and staff are so understanding and empathetic. I’m happy to say I trust the staff here and my son loves them very much. I recommend this place to many of my friends and have had this place recommended to me. Thank you precious moments for all you do for my baby and for giving me peace of mind 🩷

My overall experience with Precious Moments has been great! The staff are so caring and loving of my daughter. They treat my daughter with so much kindness. She loves it! She has learned so much thus far. As a parent, I feel at ease every time I drop her off knowing she is being well taken care of.
