If you’re looking for consistency, it won’t be found here. Without notice my children were dropped from care. Not only does this leave us scrambling for new childcare, my son attends heartland ECSE because of this address. Now, my 3 year old will likely have to go to a new preschool AND a new daycare. There was no Grace, no manner, in dropping our kids, when they have known for weeks (at the same time my children STARTED) that they would be short handed. Currently fighting to get our deposit and other money back, as well as the parent handbook so we know their policies. No one will return our calls or emails, and they’ve blocked us and deleted our reviews on Facebook.

For over a year now, we have had the joy of having Prairie Center be a part of our child's life. The ladies here are caring and nurturing, help with age appropriate discipline and problem-solving skills. We are very blessed by our experience.

My daughter was enrolled here for about a year, the staff is supper friendly and my daughter loved it! I had no complaints throughout the year, they did a good job reporting everything through out the day witch was huge for me since my daughter was only one. I’d recommend it to anybody that is looking for a safe and friendly daycare.

I’ve heard nothing but terrible things about this place. I would never be comfortable sending my child to a daycare where the teachers yell at the babies in the infant room. And when brought to the directors attention they don’t do anything to solve the issue. Do better.
