Admissions was not upfront about total monthly cost of tuition. I was told the total amount was going to be “given later” minus the SF credit. I had emails from admissions saying “Don’t worry. We will give you the final amount later” (I should have taken this as a red flag). When I realized the total amount, my kid started the first week! I had multiple emails (before first day) asking for the total monthly charge but they kept saying, it was going to be emailed later. Due to the lack of transparency, we decided to pull my kid from school and no credit was given either. We paid 2K for a week of school. Staff was great by the way. I wished they were more transparent about tuition, especially for a parent enrolling a kid for the first time.
Love the teachers and programming. Amazing preschool for our daughter! She has grown so much since attending.
Unfriendly staff. Pretentious, rude, and condescending.
