Polka Dots Child Care Center

I placed a $250 deposit to hold a spot 10 months in advance. After seeing the facility is located in a run-down plaza bordering a tattoo shop, and its playground located in the back alley, I began to question my daycare-selecting judgement. One month later I opted for a different daycare with better reviews and a safer location. Given there was still 9 months of advance notice to inform the owner that my child’s spot could be canceled, I didn’t think it would be outrageous to also ask for my deposit back. The reply from Amanda Amato was that deposits are not refundable regardless of the timeframe. If this is a display of the owner’s ethics and morals, I have to question how the teaching-style and overall manners towards developing children are.

Amanda has been such a pleasure to work with! I have called to speak with her multiple times asking questions about availability, pricing and protocols. She has been so patient and kind to me. As a new mother, I am grateful to have found a childcare center that really just provides unquestionably the best experience and guidance for my daughter and I! Keep up the good work! ❤️

I'm sharing this review as the Uncle of three young children, all of whom have either attended or are currently enrolled at this Center. If you're seeking a safe and welcoming setting for your kids to learn, this Center is the right choice. It disheartens me to come across negative reviews, as Amanda (Owner) invests wholeheartedly in her work, the families, and this Center. The idea that she would operate an unsafe business, especially with her own children involved, is truly perplexing. For peace of mind for individuals seeking child care: It's crucial to highlight the strict adherence to prerequisites for staff hiring and operational standards mandated by the State of New Hampshire, which all child care centers must follow. These requirements exist for specific reasons, ensuring the prevention of any form of child endangerment. By prioritizing child safety through these protocols, this Center has consistently earned relicensing and invitations to engage in discussions on child care in New Hampshire with a group of stakeholders. A Brighter Future Learning Center provides children with a secure and nurturing environment to support their growth and development.

This was one of the worst daycares we have ever experienced . Do not send your child here. It’s been over a year since my child has gone here. However, as of today a teacher who worked here. Was arrested for child abuse. This same teacher I reported to the director and owner of this daycare and was told. “If I’m concerned for my child’s safety I should seek alternative care” as she slammed a child into a corner while screaming in their face. My daughter at the time was 1 and she was in much larger classes where 3 year olds were running over here. There were scratches, and bite marks left on her body over 7+ times and a massive doll house that fell on her and left a bruise and open cut on her foot.There Is so much more I could say but wont. But for the sake of your child trust your gut and seek alternative care. As the owner would say!

My two children have been going here for two years now! We have stuck with this daycare through the merger of their two locations! My children love their teachers! They always feel included in everything. The curriculum is perfect for every age group and keeps my children engaged!
