I had a highly disappointing experience with Colorful Apples LLC. Communication, professionalism, and consideration were severely lacking. At the Manchester location, I was told a spot was first-come, first-served with a $50 deposit. After arranging to bring it Monday, a personal matter delayed me. When I followed up, I was told the spot was filled due to my "lack of communication," despite never receiving a call back after initially leaving a voicemail. I then contacted the Hooksett location myself, as the Manchester Director failed to offer this option. Ms. Katie was helpful, confirming four full-time slots and assuring me that bringing the deposit at my tour would secure a spot. However, on the day of my tour, I called to confirm my 10 AM visit. After confirming, I asked to push it to 10:30 AM, and suddenly, I was placed on hold and told all spots were now full. They also claimed they “intended” to call me—yet I never received one. The dismissive and rude response when I requested to speak with Ms. Katie only worsened the experience. It felt like the person answering the phone had their own agenda, with no effort to resolve the issue. I’ve since left a message for Ms. Katie, but I don’t expect a response given how unprofessional this experience has been. I took time off work for multiple tours, only to be met with disorganization and disregard for my time. Their poor customer service left me without childcare. I cannot recommend this facility to any parent who values professionalism, clear communication, or basic courtesy.
Both of our children attended Colorful Apples in Hooksett. We had an amazing experience. The teachers love all the kids and treat them like they are their own family. I would recommend this child care facility to everyone!! To this day both of our kids talk about "when I was in preschool" and talk about the experiences that they had. Happy memories and times. We are so happy that they were there to help us with the early stages of both of our children.❤
These ladies are just great. I had to find a place quick after my daughter was injured at another facility. They had an opening and were/are very affordable. They really helped me get over my fear of leaving her somewhere and getting hurt again. She was one year old when she started. They have helped her with speaking, socializing, dancing, and most recently they have been a huge help with our potty training her. Without them it would have taken much longer. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking childcare.
Our first experience with daycares and we fell in love with each teacher the first day. They are the nicest, loving, and most understanding women and we couldn’t be happier to bring our daughter here!
My son goes to school here and I can't praise all of these teachers enough, they treat my son with love and respect, he loves going to school and playing with his friends and he's learning so much! He was going somewhere else a year ago and wasn't nearly as close as making the bounds and leaps that he is at Colorful Apples! We love you guys!
