What Parents Say
Pleasanton Learning Center receives mixed reviews with strong praise from some parents for caring staff, good communication, and child development, but serious concerns from others regarding safety issues, staff conduct, and management responsiveness to parent complaints.
This daycare called CPS on me because i reported an incident of bullying against my daughter. I reported the incident on a Friday and they called cps on a Monday. Poor new management and the workers there really look miserable all the time, my girls always went in clean and left filthy after i picked them up full of sand and stuff never complained because i know how kids are. The same cps lady told me that, that call was ridiculous. She didn't understand the reason for their call. She talked to my girls before she talked to me and she said they didn't look neglected at all. the case was immediately closed. Also they have a high turn over rate. always losing and changing staff.
Sabrina is super rude and disrespectful. If she’s going to be answering phones/making phone called she needs to learn phone etiquettes.
first of all I really thought I found a great daycare, until my son started coming home with multiple black eyes on several occasions. I just blew it off seeming he’s 2 and it’s daycare, but one day I am called to come pick up my son as he pushed another student down. He’s 2. Without warning he was being removed from the school and not allowed back, no other students were ever kicked out for my son being hurt. I am talking about black eyes that looked so bad, took 2 weeks to Heal. Mrs. Domi was my sons teacher, amber the director told me at the end of this it was either loose a teacher or my son had to leave. All because her son was the one who got pushed down, I just feel that is not right. After finding a new daycare center In the area comes to find out they have 6-7 students that have similar situations. That have recently switched. Something is definitely not right at this daycare. So just think twice before enrolling your kiddos.
My child has been enrolled for a year and a half. Great Director, teachers and owner. We communicate and get the same in return. My child walks in with confidence and seems very happy.
We have seen our baby grow leaps and bounds this past year at Pleasanton Learning Center. We are so thankful for everyone there and the love they gave our child.
